I want to start off by saying I did a mobile check in which was great. Room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. The showers however, are awful. The doors to get in are very warped, they don’t slide easy and the shower head was terrible. Water pressure was so low, washing my hair took me literally 10 minutes to get the soap out. MOVING ON. The staff is completely incompetent and it shows. Where’s the motivation? Whoever has trained these individuals did a terrible and shameful job. They knew no answers to any questions simple questions I had. Why should it take 2 different people to help me track down toilet paper?? Better yet when I called downstairs to ask if they could direct the delivery guy to my room they said “we don’t do that anymore” what?! 30 mins before while I was printing out my work information I watched 3 different delivery boys walk to the front desk and up the elevator. Where’s the communication amongst staff? Fast forward to morning breakfast- and that was a living nightmare. The man that puts out the food was the rudest individual I’ve ever met in my life. Not only was he “tailgating” me while I was scouring the buffet but had the audacity to repeatedly feel it necessary to tell me how to work the waffle machine, which I explained I was just fine I’ve been to many hotels, Hilton included and I knew how to use the machine. He just wouldn’t stop and I had enough and asked him to please leave me alone. With Covid I’m not comfortable having anymore in my personal space to begin with. Listen the breakfast might be free but with what you pay to stay here, let’s be real, the customer pays for that and it’s subpar at best. This man also had the audacity to come up to my husband while he was eating and tell him the garbage was in a certain area, we are not mountain people and would never leave a mess. That was completely unnecessary I didn’t see him do this with anyone else. Did he have a problem with heavier people going up to the buffet more than once? Was he afraid he’d actually have to do his job and restock the buffet bar? Who knows, but he was a miserable individual. In close, I will highly advise anyone I know not to ever visit this hotel. I would rather drive over to East haneover to that home 2 suites and stay there. This place could learn a thing or two about what hospitality is all about. Those workers are the high standard of excellence. I’m so disappointed in my experience here, especially as someone that needed a few days of relaxing time due to medical issues and even than they couldn’t make it easy for me to just relax. Never, ever again. This hotel would be much better with better competent workers and better trained managers.

I love this little hotel. It's not cheap, but it's not expensive. Rooms have a full kitchen (at least the King One Room Suite) with 6 pairs of cups, bowls, cutlery, even a dishwasher. Granite countertops, a microwave built in. It's all new. Feels like a brand new property. AC filters are clean (always a good gauge) and the rooms are as well. TVs are satellite and can fall out during inclement weather, but that's not anyone's fault. The bathrooms are large and include the standard amenities as well as body wash and shampoo on the wall. Has a Panasonic exhaust fan, which tend to be quieter than their Nutone twins, speaking as someone who had to replace theirs at their house. Definitely a good call by the hotel. These help clear humdity after the shower far better than the passive setups that have become too common. One remarkable thing here - the staff. They are amazing. Today our work's HVAC broke and I had to check in a couple of hours early. Abdel was more than friendly and helped me check in as the room was ready. This saved me a lot of traffic going home, then back to the hotel at check-in time. Decided to stay a second night and accidentally booked the same day. Amiyah at the front desk spotted my error and promptly fixed it as I booked directly with them. Feels like a home away from home nearby my work. With the full kitchen in the room I ended up using UberEats to get some groceries delivered as well as some HotPockets from their pantry downstairs. Has everything - ice cream to soda to sundries. Some hotels are getting reviews and points for doing their best during the pandemic, but this hotel is just amazing. They're doing well despite the pandemic, and once full breakfast is back, it'll be unbeatable. Thanks Abdel and Amiyah for making a great property amazing!

Will definitely stay here and other Home2Suites again! Loved the size of the rooms, all the amenities in the room. Beds were comfortable. We were traveling with a dance team. There was plenty of room in each room for our girls to hang out together comfortably. Loved that there was a kitchenette in the room.

Was mostly pleased with the stay. Minor corrections could be made to the smoking policy but other than that a good hotel that is very clean and close to everything. We were in town for a dance competition so many families stayed here.

The rooms were comparable to other hotels in this brand, so no complaints there. BUT the hotel is built right next to a six lane highway (the person who picked this hotel has lost the privilege!), so the traffic noise is loud and constant….think semis going by all night long, and the soundproofing seems to be nonexistent.

There was blood on pillowcase, a used bar of soap in the shower and the maid walked in our room without knocking. Hotel Staff was okay but not very friendly or welcoming even though I’m a Hilton Honrs rewards member.

I highly recommend Home2 Suites in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff is super nice and helpful. They also offer a complementary hot breakfast every day which is great. Additionally, they seem to have all aspects of room cleaning due to COVID well under control. I was really impressed with this hotel!

The workers are rude, waffle man especially. They don’t like to answer phone said to not call back after they kept hanging up on me. Breakfast is the same for 9 days straight. Worker at the breakfast area was being mean to my son saying that waffle maker costs $15k but then next day it was broken?

Room was extremely loud all night. We didn’t sleep and checked out by 5am. Nom refundable $125 pet policy was not communicated prior to check in and was almost as much as the room cost. Hotel needs to invest in better sound proofing.
