I recommend staying at this hotel, if you have an issue the personnel will sincerely try to make it better for you. They take care of breakfast in the mornings and they are in top of it so that it is replenished all the time.

Very good for the price and location...not 5 star, but very nice for a decent stay and amenities. I stayed for free using the Laquinta returns visa card. This hotel requires 11,000 points for a free night.

Parking in New York City makes so many people nervous. This hotel is so conveniently located on a bus route, making it easily accessible to and from the city. It is less than 7 miles from Carlos Bakery and many other interesting places. There were two school groups staying here while we were here, and we rarely heard them. The... More

I have been visiting this hotel for about 4 years; I have noticed that it has steadily gotten noisier in recent years. The next door guests were very loud into the night and had a barking dog with them. And walking through the corridors, I noticed that this was the general situation through much of the hotel. I appreciate very... More

The hotel has wear and tear. Elevators were having issues. Lots and Lots of buses of people brought here. So plan on a lot of groups. Parking is tough late at night because of so many buses. Room was pretty clean. showed some wear, but it was comfortable.Stayed here 5 nights and for the price, it served us well. Halls had... More

Don't stay at hotels or inns much, but for 1 nite it was enjoyable. The staff was real nice and the room was clean, with plenty of hot water because there was 4 of us. Breakfast was great, even had waffles. Just like home!

This hotel gave us an average night's stay. The bed was comfortable; The Room was clean, There were two sets of elevators that transported guests to their rooms. One set was right off the lobby. The other was down a series of lengthy corridors that required an employee to escort us. After using the back elevator, however, we discovered that... More

Check in was quick and easy. The agent was very helpful with giving us bus schedules and explaining the best way to go into New York. Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a little far from where we wanted to be but the price made it worth the extra few minutes of driving.

I cannot say enough about the staff of this location. From the minute I walked through the door, they bent over backwards to make the stay completely accommodating. I had my dog with me who is terminally ill, and they had us on a first floor, near an exit, along with checking on us if we needed anything every time... More
