This is mostly a long term housing for lower income. The people staying here are shady and suspect. Drug activity, people smoking, dogs barking, doors opening and closing all hours of the night, children running around, noisy, highway traffic, rooms not the cleanest.

Gorgeous rooms and great Staff / Management. Felt at ease and for sure coming back whenever in the area. Room was excellent and management and staff were friendly and went out of the way to make me like the hotel and area.

This was a first class stay. The staff was courteous, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. My room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Amidst these challenging times, the staff placed health and safety as a #1 priority. The exercise equipment in the gym was clean and well maintained. I presented a billing question to the Manager, Kimberly Jones who provided a thorough explanation which satisfied my concerns. She is a throwback to the "Good Ole Days" when hospitality use to value the customer. I am well traveled which has afforded me the opportunity to stay at many hotels both domestically and internationally. The Wood Springs Suites in Cherry Hill, NJ provides an exceptional customer experience; thus I would recommend this property to my colleagues, relatives and friends

I booked a hotel room here and paid for it in advance, so the booking was already paid for before I checked in. All I should have had to do was provide a credit card for incidentals. When I arrived the front desk worker (Ana/Anna) told me that my reservation had been lost or not recorded in the system, and that they had booked up for the night and were not able to accommodate me. When I asked clarifying questions about how that could be, the story changed slightly each time. After that, she told me that reservations come in the fax machine and if someone working doesn't "put it in the system" its like it never existed. I then told Ana that I had made the reservation the same day - the same day she was working. She began to backtrack and say it wasn't her who lost the reservation. I ended up having to sleep in my car in the parking lot because all of the other hotels in the area were booked. Would not recommend at all, especially if you're a woman traveling alone. As I waited on the phone for HotelTonight to speak with her to verify everything, I watched as she sat there and let the phone ring multiple times, even as she wasn't helping other customers. I then sat and watched as other hotel guests arrived to check in with no problem, some of them seemingly making new bookings. On top of that, my mother called the hotel just to inquire as to whether there were any rooms available to verify Ana's story. Ana told her there were rooms available with double beds, even after she had turned me away and I already had a confirmed, pre-paid booking. On top of all of this, this hotel is not taking ANY precautions against COVID-19. There was a man talking on the phone in the lobby for at least as long as I was there without a mask. Several more guests came in and out of the lobby and sat down, some of them without wearing masks and they were coughing. Ana herself at the front desk was not wearing a mask. If I contract COVIID, it will certainly be from spending time here. Do not stay here.

WoodSpring Suites in Cherry Hill NJ, is a drug infested hotel. The manager because irrate when I questioned him about the drugs in the hotel. He told me to get out of the hotel. When I asked about being reimbursed i was told i would be, but never was and now the manager is lying to my credit card company. If you dont mind dodging the high zombies in the hallways or blood that was on the door knob and spots on the wall. This hotel should be shut down. Im very surprised they haven't had local law enforcement or drug enforcement in there. Actually when the manager told me to get out or he'd call the cops. I laughed and told him I knew he wouldn't cause he doesn't want the cops here. He yelled get out, and then hung up. I left because I actually did not even feel safe in my locked room, not knowing what this manager would do.
