Had wine and cheese welcome, full breakfast in the morning. Room was comfortable and proximity to beach, town and other attractions was terrific. Met other guests and we chatted in parlor like old friends.

OUTSTANDING B&B. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is charming. The food is delicious! For breakfast you get 3 choices of hot cooked dishes or you can have cereal or other items. Coffee/tea is available 24/7. 4pm is afternoon tea time and they serve a few fresh baked

My wife and I once again stayed at the Angel of the Sea B&B in 2018 and had another flawless experience. The staff treats its guests more like old friends than simply vacationers. The breakfast choices are all delicious and the afternoon wine and cheese get togethers are fun and

We paid almost $300 for one night the week between New Years and Xmas. We felt EXTREMELY ripped off!!! We paid extra for a room with an Ocean view. Well we could see the Ocean... barely through a small window in the corner of the room if you we bent over far enough. Bed

Were very sorry you were not satisfied. 1) Our rates were consistent with Christmas week all around Cape May - which I'm sure you know. Today our lowest rate is $89. Rates are based on demand. 2) As you know we asked you at checkin (and it’s at the very top of the welcome letter) to please bring any concerns to us during your stay. We even asked again at checkout. We would have taken your concerns to heart and addressed each and every one. We saw the stain and replaced the comforter after you checked out but not because of your review which arrived 20 days later. We're very sorry we missed it but had you pointed it out it would have been resolved FOR YOU and not just the next guest. 3) To prospective guests: He booked through a discount travel site where we can only post several room "categories" and not each one of our 27 unique rooms. For this reason he incorrectly assumed that the pictures are 10 years old. If you want to see and select your specific room, DO NOT use a discount travel site. Instead go to our official website at angelofthesea and preview each and every room including full descriptions and pictures of the views. 4) Lastly - For heaven's sake please say something during your stay, not 20 days later when you are back at home in Germany. Ron

We are a main stop on the Christmas Candlelight Tour. The tour buses travel around town in a loop and you can get on and off at participating locations like ours - but only if you are participating in those tours. The Washington Street Mall is 1.2 Miles from our door.

The Cape May experience in April midweek would most likely include shopping in our quaint shopping district (1.3 miles from our door), a choice of various guided tours of the town and historic sites and structures, fine dining, casual dining, bike rides (we provide the bikes), walks along the beach (200 steps from our door), sun bathing (we provide the chairs, umbrellas and towels). I would say that 2 days and nights is sufficient to get the flavor of Cape May. We provide complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, evening wine and cheese and beverages all day so you might find yourself just relaxing on our porches overlooking the ocean. If you call the front desk or visit our official website you will find a section called "Your Day" with more details of the local activities and attractions. Thanks for great question.
