Great location, right in the middle of everything. Place is clean, very nice rooms, comfy rooms, with antique type furniture within the rooms. Reasonably priced. Stayed in the turret suite...which was awesome. Host is very accommodating. No breakfast here...which is just fine. Would give it 4.5 stars, but not an option here on T A

We visited this property last year to see if it was something we would like as the B n B that we had previously been staying at was closing. Laura was quite informative about the property and showed us all of the units that were unoccupied at the moment. I liked the Turret Suite and we booked it shortly afterwards.... More

Our group of 8 (6 adults, 2 teens) rented the Master suite which encompasses the entire 3rd floor of the Columbia House. It was perfect for our weekend getaway. The master bedroom was big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids - we used the bed, the daybed, and then brought an air mattress. There is also a sleep sofa... More

We found Columbia House for a last-minute end-of-June long weekend. I wrote to about 15 locations. laura got back to me within a few hours (she wrote at 1:30 a.m.!). We had the 1st floor Garden Suite: Master bedroom, roomy second bedroom with two twin beds, full bathroom, full kitchen, living room, private entrance off the back porch. It was... More

This was our second time visit to the Columbia House and we'll visit again. I can't say enough great things. A block from the beach, a couple from shopping and dining at fine restaurants, right in the Historic district! Child friendly, superb cleanliness, comfortable accommodations!! I can't wait to visit again!!!! Oh and did I mention on site parking? FANTASTIC!!!

My husband and I returned to Cape May in mid-April and stayed again at the Columbia House. We usually book the Parlor Suite on the first floor but this time when I tried to book it the suite was already taken. Laura then offered us the larger Garden Suite, which is also on the first floor, for the same price... More

My family just spent a long March weekend here, taking advantage of the winter special rates. Cape May and Columbia House did not disappoint! Our long winter weekend was both fun and relaxing. The Garden Suite was warm and cozy. Shops and restaurants are open and the sea air was brisk and refreshing. This was not our family's first visit... More

My family has been staying at Columbia House for about 3 or 4 years now, and it's officially the only place we stay in Cape May- both during summer as well as the off-season. Columbia House has a great corner location on Columbia Avenue and Ocean Street, and is located about a block from the beach, and about 2-3 blocks... More

We got there on a Friday night around 8pm they were both there to greet us, Jim even helped me with my bags from the car. They were very nice and very helpful,... More

I recently stayed in the Turrett Suite with two friends. It's a two bedroom suite and on the third floor. A couple of years ago we had stayed in the Garden Suite at this lovely Victorian Inn and found it to be very comfortable. The Inn keepers are very accommodating and make it easy to stay with them. No hassles... More
