This was my first time at 931 and I was extremely pleased. We stayed in the Seashell room, which was very clean, well equipped and had a lovely covered balcony for ocean watching and wine sipping. Rebecca was very kind and even called the day we were arriving to let us know our room was ready early! I look forward...

We love this place and this is our third trip. The porch and ocean view is to die for. And the price is unbeatable. It always helps when the weather cooperates, but we spent a lot of time on the porch enjoying ocean view and sounds of the surf. Off street parking is a real plus

We enjoyed a wonderful stay here in September. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location on Beach Ave. is perfect -- walking distance to all of the lovely sights and eateries in Cape May. Evenings on the veranda were spectacular with the ocean sparkling and dolphins swimming by. Highly recommend and hope to return.

This was our 5th. year staying at the 931 Beach Guest House and we have already booked for 2017. Obviously we would not stay anywhere else in Cape May since we found the 931 Beach Guest House. The reason....LiZa the Innkeeper! LiZa sees to every detail at the Guest House. My two cousins and I always have the best time....

This is our third stay at this waterfront guest house and we will be back again! Nice amenities like beach towels and chairs, free spacious off street parking and lovely decks facing the Atlantic. Note: 931 beach does allow children and we had a noisy one across the hall from us, so pack your earplugs or you will might wake...

My wife and I have been coming to Cape May for some time, and usually at night after dinner we would walk the path parallel to the beach. We would always marvel at the beautiful beach houses right on Beach Avenue and fantasize about staying at one of them. On a whim my wife went on line, saw a one...

We stayed in the Driftwood room and came down with another couple who was in the Seashell room. Both were very nice. The view from the Seashell balcony was to die for. The kitchenette was a bit smaller then the Driftwood room. The tub in the driftwood was nice to sit back and relax in. The bed in the Driftwood...

Hi there! First thank you for taking the time to write about your stay. I know when the staff reads them from time to time, they appreciate the kind words of our guests. 931 is a little bit of heaven and yes they don't make bathtubs like that anymore. All the best.

Loved everything about it. The grounds, the house, the room. The view from the Seashell room was perfect and even if you have the main street in between the house and the beach, at night, with the balcony open, you could still hear the waves. They offer free wifi, beach towels, beach chairs, even sand toys for kids. The sitting...

For our first visit to Cape May we wanted to stay somewhere that would honor the character of that beautiful town. We wanted to be close to the ocean and we needed a place that would allow a partial week's stay. We found all of that and more at 931 Beach. We stayed for 4 nights in Nautilus. It was...

This was a beautiful location to sit on the balcony, drink wine and beer and listen to the waves.... The hotel has beach chairs, beach towels and games to play so packing was easy. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful about local places to eat and things to do. You have to pay to get on the beach in...
