WOW! A giant "rules and regulations" notice outside the office window. IF you come early and would like to get into the room, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU for an early entry--yet their check-in time is 4:00! After driving almost 700 miles, who wants to sit around and wait for 4:00 so you can check in? I have no idea why they do this. Two beds, plenty of pillows, but SKIMPY, NEARLY NON-EXISTENT BLANKETS! I had to keep asking for toilet paper, and the FLOORS WERE NOT CLEANED! How do I know? Simple: I took a few pieces of toilet paper, damp wet them and then wiped the floors--both of them. Sticky floors, both the bathroom and the main room. Bathroom is NOT clean. Fabric shower liner is probably covered with germs--have no idea how long ago it was washed. No tissues, even though they have one of those metal tissue boxes secured to the bathroom sink. Speaking of the bathroom sink, I purposely left things in it to see if it was cleaned: it wasn't. A small dot of toothpaste, a hair or two--just to see if she cleaned or not, and no, she did NOT clean the bathroom sink. The shower walls were scummy, as was the tub to stand in. Just gave you a creepy feeling to climb inside for a shower, which also looks like it hasn't been upgraded for the past 30 years. The tub spigot SMELLED. It was losing its silicone grout where it attaches to the wall, thus allowing water to get in behind the granite. THE SMELL IS MOLD! That is dangerous to breathe in. Housekeeper was VERY rude. No matter how friendly you were, (saying good morning or hello for example), she scowled at you! Managers were rude, too, except for one lady. Seems to be a transient hotel; quite a few "guests" were questionable. LOUD music, slamming doors, yelling down the alley...just overall not a good place to stay. Don't expect a coffee pot in your room--there isn't any. don't expect a pool--there isn't any and if there is, it's not open. Don't expect a continental breakfast--no such thing. Last but not least, this place was EXPENSIVE! You get a small discount for a certain number of days, but that's ALL you get--this is bare bones--and a really horrible place to stay!

Hi 365marlener, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we are very sorry for the inconveniences that you encountered during your stay. Your very detailed negative review of our facilities and cleanliness is rough to hear because our goal and our efforts are directed to bring the opposite results from what you describe. The description of your stay is highly unusual and does not represent the level of high standards we all aim to achieve. We are also apologizing for the rudeness that our staff showed during your stay with us. Most of our guests appreciate this courtesy service, but it seems, in this case, we may have offended you. That was not our intention, and we apologize for the inconvenience. We never want our guests to feel they are not being respected and treated fairly! We are forwarding this review to our management for their review. Please know your voice is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to try to make improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for our guests in the future.

I made a reservation at this hotel for my 19 year old son since he had a job early in the morning the next day. He arrived around 10:30 in the evening and was told he couldn't stay since he wasn't 21. No doubt this is a rule they have but it was not present anywhere on the confirmation page -- still, a rule is a rule, I get that. They then additionally refused my son a refund because they said he arrived too late in the day and so the credit card would be charged anyway. I called up after, hoping to get a refund and was told by someone (who I think might be the proprietor) that she was surprised a mother would send a 19 year old son to a hotel and told me that was very bad parenting. In addition to my concern about my son with no hotel room, this was just super hurtful. The proprietor also raised her voice and was yelling to a degree that I had to move the phone from my ear. Well, they have my $86 but I would like to encourage anyone not forced to stay at this hotel to NOT stay at this hotel. If they verbally abuse a customer like that, I have a lot of concerns the way they treat their employees. Also, not fair perhaps because my son was not able to stay at the hotel (he slept in the car all night), but he said reported that the car actually looked safer and cleaner the hotel.

We got to this hotel late after traveling for 8 hours exhausted just wanting to sleep. Because of covid-19 pandemic, we brought sanitizing wipes to wipe everything down in the hotel. We quickly started realizing that the hotel was a very dirty (see pics). During a pandemic, that was putting us at risk, so we no longer trusted this hotel and wanted to leave. In addition, the window seemed then, and we could hear traffic in the background. Not even being there for 10 minutes, we went to check out with the manager who is only checking people through a small window, and there was a bunch of people waiting to be checked in, so we had to wait to check out. We started loading up the car and we was not in the room no longer than a half hour tops, but it would have been sooner if no one was at the window. When people cleared up, the manager was defensive and extremely rude, and she refused to give us a refund. We will never stay at this hotel ever again. It was the worst hotel experience Our Lives.
