Although our son skis, my wife and I do not. We were here for our son's hockey tournament. One thing that stunned me was that the parking out front was sufficient for the guests (and staff too, I suspect!) over a winter weekend. We had a kitchenette and we enjoyed that very much. Our room was right by the elevator....

Hello Bill, Thank you for taking the time to share your review and experience while staying at The Valley Inn. Arlena was the front desk manager on that evening and we were actually meeting about this when your review showed up (we thought that was funny timing). She very much appreciated your kind words and compliment, thank you! We do...

Stayed at this hotel for a hockey tournament. Room was located on the first floor directly next to the lobby and elevator. If you are offered this room, decline it because of the noise from hallway, lobby and elevator. Bathroom was tiny with hardly enough room to stand. Bathroom door barely clears the toilet upon opening. Room had 2 Queen...

My family stayed at the Inn for a hockey tournament this Jan and it was a great experience. The staff catered to our needs, they allowed our team full use of a conference room in the hotel for the kids to spend time together as a group. The weekend couldn't have gone smoother, with the close proximity to the Village...

Excellent two night experience at The Valley Inn. Conveniently located, the Inn graciously 'corrected' a slight error with our booking and we were on our way to a delightful stay in Waterville Valley. The Townhouse was superb-allowing some privacy/alternative sleeping spaces-when housing multiple guests (or guests who snore). Fresh coffee/assorted teas and ice cold water available 24/7 in the lobby...

Large rooms with basic amenities. Very friendly staff and helpful to first time visitors. The ski resort bus stops right out front and it is an easy 7-10 minute walk to the town square. The dining choices in town are limited so we would recommend bringing lots of snacks with you. The rooms have cabinet space and largish, dorm room...

Thank you for visiting us at The Valley Inn. We are honored to serve you and greatly appreciate your business. We stayed for 2 nights - the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, the beds were comfortable and we had a great time :) There was a pool at the Inn - but it was off season - that said, there was a another indoor pool located close by which was great! We would definitely stay...

I was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews...the Inn has made many updates as one can note in the lobby area. It appears as though the plan is working from the lobby upwards. The thing that gives the overall appearance of feeling "dated" are the room doors. It sounds silly but if a switch that simple was made it would change...

The hotel was in a beautiful place in Waterville Valley and was in the middle of a cute community, but the room we stayed in was grimy and old and half of the lights did not work. Their rooms need renovation as they do not look as though they have gotten updated recently.
