The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Suite we stayed in was large. Cleanliness was an issue, areas inside and the outside of the hotel are in disrepair. Hopefully, now that Covid is diminishing, more income will come into the hotel, so the owners can hire more staff and make the necessary repairs. I left a list of my concerns, regarding the room, at the front desk. The Operations Manager has contacted me and will "address every concern and make adjustments and corrections as needed". They were thankful.

I stayed at the Green Granite Inn last month during April vacation in the hopes of giving my son a fun trip. This hotel had rooms offered at very reasonable prices and included an indoor pool and hot tub which was the main reason I chose to stay there. My first night was fine. We spent some time in the pool, checked out a few sights and shops then called it a night. The second night I was there, a family with at least 4 kids some young and some older checked in to the room above mine. Around 9pm, it sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling!! They were jumping off the beds, screaming, throwing a ball or some other object all around. I called the front desk to complain and the phone just rang and rang and rang. Finally, I got so fed up that I got dressed and went to the front desk where I found a young woman who explained that she didn’t answer the phone because she was on the other line with “a very important call” after I told that I’d been calling the desk and no one was answering. I explained what was going on and she said she would take care of it. They were quiet for about an hour and then started up again, this time even worse! Now it’s close to 11:30 at night, I called the front desk again. This time someone actually decided to pick up and it was an older woman. She said to “give her a minute” and again, the ruckus seemed as if it would finally stop. 2 AM THIS HORRIBLE NOISE STARTED UP AGAIN!!! Neither myself, my son, nor my husband got a wink of sleep all night. We had planned on going on the Conway scenic railroad and shopping at the outlets but we were all so exhausted that when we checked out we just headed home. This experience completely ruined my plans and my vacation! When I checked out, I asked to speak with a manager about what happened and what they were got to do to make up for what I had to put up with. I spoke with 2 managers who were very pleasant and willing to help me in any way they could: Dwyer and Eliza. I had booked my stay through Expedia and they told me they were sorry for this inconvenience and they were going to refund me but I had to call Expedia and have Expedia contact the inn to get my refund. I was happy with how it was handled and thanked them for their time. Once I got home that same day, I called Expedia and they said they would contact the hotel to arrange for my refund. Well, here it is, 2 weeks later and the hotel has been apparently giving Expedia the runaround. I have yet to receive my refund. I emailed the inn directly today and they have not contacted me. So much for customer service! I will never stay there again if this issue isn’t resolved and if the hotel doesn’t do what’s right. I will also never recommend that anyone stay there if this is how they treat their customers.

Luckily our room was clean. Not covid clean feeling though. Halls and stairways were very dirty. Nothing vacuumed. Walls also dirty. This is a pet friendly hotel and that was obvious. Room didn’t have coffee cups for the coffee maker. Screen for sliders was leaning against wall. Room was very hot and hard to adjust temp. Outside railing was totally broken off. We were concerned about this as many children were staying there. Just ok. Many places in area but more expensive. Was close to Hannafords and area restaurants.

DISGUSTING! And disappointing over all Horribly dirty room I don’t even believe it was cleaned before we went in I could literally make a list of gross things but I’ll just leave it simple with a DONT DO IT Staff was nice I will say but totally not worth the price

This is of all the hotels I have stayed at in the world by far and beyond the worst. The employees are extremely smug and extremely rude. Guaranteed check in not met by a long shot. Over an hour late to check us in. Asking for management info gets police called on you. The ego these people have is gigantic. They’re probably loving how frustrating my stay was. Considering a lawsuit and you should stay far far away. Dirt and filth all over the heater in our room, thin sheets, uncomfortable mattresses. Never giving Wifi access, no indoor pool access given nothing.
