Welcome to the Eastman Inn, a 14 room bed and breakfast located in the heart of the White Mountains. Let Roger, Linda, and Lisa Marie welcome you to our inn with a smile, a cup of tea, a bottle of cold water and some fresh baked cookies. As you enter through our dining area you will be greeted and given a tour of the common areas. Most people love to sit on our porch above the main road heading into town. You can relax on one of our porch rockers and watch the world go by. In our parlor you will find a bookshelf of games and books for you to enjoy. Use the dining tables for that late night game of scrabble. In the winter we light the fireplace in the evenings. Each of our 14 rooms have a private bath. Our rooms are all individually decorated, some have claw foot tubs with a shower combination, others a Jacuzzi bath and others a regular stall shower. Rooms come with King or Queen beds and we even have a room with Antique Twin beds on the first floor. In the morning come down for early coffee. We need it as we cook your breakfast, so by 7:00 am we guarantee a fresh pot. You can try earlier, but we could be grumpy if that first "Cooks" pot has not fully brewed. We do our best to make you feel like family, so there are few formalities, we all just respect each others privacy and property. Ask us for hints on things to do or places to visit. We have scoured the Mount Washington Valley and we can give you pointers on avoiding the crowds, yet getting that perfect picture of a Moose, Bear or beautiful stream. The Eastman Inn has been welcoming guests for around 100 years and we hope to do it another 100. Call or make an online reservation soon, we hope to make you a very satisfied 'returning' guest. Our Eastman Family has grown so much in the past 8 years.

No longer a bed and breakfast. Stopped by because we couldn’t get in touch with anyone and met a new “manager” who said it was purchased in June and was no longer a bed and breakfast but would be used for long term rentals. Go figure! It would have been nice to get notification from the previous owners seeing we’ve been staying there on vacation for years now. You can’t even find anything online about this. Very disappointing.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Eastman Inn. The Inn is situated with easy access to a variety of things to do and is very homey and cozy in all the right ways. I went around Halloween so cute decor to boot! I had a room on the top floor which had a nice sitting room separate from the bedroom. I highly recommend that set up. Even though it was just me, I enjoyed couch lounging with hallmark christmas movies and room to eat or have a glass of wine. Overall, I didn't notice any major noise aside from people coming and going from their rooms. The bed was comfortable and bathroom a bit small, but worked for me. The shower stall was a bit tight. If you can't do stairs well, the top floor may be tough for you. Roger was very kind and welcoming and let you know about attractions. There's a fridge downstairs you can store things in if needed. I really enjoyed breakfast each day. They accommodated by dietary preferences of gluten free and vegetarian no problem. That said, I splurged on eating the french toast and it was SO worth it. I enjoyed the warm baked fruit each morning. The portions were nice and the coffee was good too. The inn has a lovely outdoor area, plenty of parking, and a restaurant across the street and a bunch of options nearby. Depending on the weather within an easy walk. I would stay here again.

The inn is indeed old and needs some TLC. You should be aware that if you have a room on an upper level, the stairs are very steep and difficult to carry luggage up and down. We had room 9 which was on the street side and there was a lot of traffic noise, especially big trucks all night long. We didn’t get much sleep. Roger was very helpful with things to see in the area and we enjoyed visiting with him. Breakfasts were good but we noted they did run out of their main dish the two mornings we were there which we thought odd they didn’t cook enough for the total number of guests. Of the 4 B&Bs we stayed out on our New England visit this was our least favorite.

Room Tip: Don’t get a room at the front along the road! The traffic was loud all night long.

Absolutely gorgeous, well maintained house with cute rooms. Fantastic innkeepers who were really nice and accomodating. We originally were supposed to stay for 3 nights but a broken down car extended our stay to around a week. Since we both work remotely and brought our laptops, I could think of much worse places to be "stranded" in. Since we had to extend our reservations we stayed in three different rooms, each with their own character. The breakfast was delicious and there was something different every morning. I can't recommend this BnB highly enough. When you stay there be sure to ask Roger about his car.

The Eastman Inn in North Conway New Hampshire is a most enjoyable place to stay. The owners Roger, Linda and Lisa Marie make it exceptionally enjoyable with their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this inn as a most awesome place to stay. The owners offer a most delicious breakfast and they are the most sweetest people to talk to. We are so looking forward to our next beautiful weekend at the Eastman Inn. Dave & Annette

Perfect! The Eastman Inn far exceeded our hopes for our vacation. The inn is beautifully decorated yet cozy, with very comfortable beds. We wound down by the fire pit that our host, Roger, lit for us each night, sipping wine and laughing together. The gourmet breakfasts were delicious and generous— perfectly cooked eggs, baked pears, crispy bacon, blueberry crepes... my mouth is watering as I write. The hosts, Linda, Roger and Lisa Marie, went out of their way to ensure that we had an enjoyable visit. They suggested sights to visit, had warm cookies, tea and coffee available every afternoon and cheerfully complied with every request. The four of us reluctantly left after our five day visit, feeling that we made lovely new friends of these generous hosts. The Eastman Inn’s superb rating is well-deserved; we look forward to another perfect stay in the future.

MY wife and my two night stay at the Eastman Inn to celebrate our Birthdays far exceded our expections. Our room at the Inn displayed historical ambiance and was absolutely charming. We rated the breakfasts among the best ever served during our extensive travels. The warm and friendly hospitality shared by the Inn's host family...Roger, Linda and daughter Lisa was very, very special. Our time at the Eastman Inn highlightrd our trip to the very beatiful and fun mountain town of Nortth Conway. Our overal lexperience is most deserving of a 5 star rating.

The middle of April we spent a delightful long weekend at the Eastman Inn in North Conway, NH. The Inn Keepers, Roger, Linda and Lisa Marie were so friendly and accommodating. Linda’s breakfasts were varied and wonderful. The stately old home is worth a visit just for the history. We will definitely be coming back.
