The location is great with beautiful view if the lake. Convenient to restaurants. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel could update the decor in the room some, as far as wallpaper, furniture, etc.

We stayed here for 2 nights in Oct 2016 as part of our 'leaf-peeping' tour of New England, and were pleased with all aspects of our stay. The on-site restaurants and shops were very convenient, and the meals pretty good. Helpful and friendly staff, too.

First, the good: We were a group of 25, and the welcome we received and the way everything was fully organised on our arrival was exceptional. My bed and the pillows was super comfy and I slept the best I've slept in a week. The shower had good pressure and was nice and hot. Everything seemed very clean. Now the...

We are travelling as part of a small group of couples. We received a very warm welcome and throughout our stay found the staff friendly and helpful. Our room had 2 beds which was not what we had expected. The room was large, the bathroom good and there is free wifi . However there is not a safe, and you...

For $250 you should get a very nice room with great amenities: nice linens, a robe, a coffeemaker, maybe a view. We booked six weeks in advance and were given a dark 2 queen beds room that was up a rickety elevator through double doors and down a dark and smelly hall. I asked if they had something better since...

We had one night stay during the white mountain fall foliage trip. It was a beautiful town. We checked in late, and was offered a great room at fifth floor. The spacious room has a king bed and two double beds. Our family of four had very good sleep. The front desk is very nice to give out information. We...

I have stayed at the Mills Falls at least 6 times, and every time we go, it's just beautiful! It's a quaint resort that has a few shops scattered about the area. It is so welcoming and friendly that every time we go, we tend to meet up with people who are so pleasant and fun to be with.

I loved the Mill. The people were friendly, and the rooms were immaculate. The four restaurants were closely located, and the meals were great. I especially loved the short ribs at Lago. On a rainy night we stayed in the building and ate at Giuseppe's. My calzone was enough for two. The shops were nice to browse in that rainy...

We went up to a business meeting and stayed at this wonderful hotel. The room had a walk out balcony which had view of the lake. It had a nice fireplace and yes, it worked! Also the bathroom was clean and up to date. We also could get coffee 24/7. That is important to a business traveler who is usually...

This program was very clean and location was great for the area. Nice shops were attached to the hotel property and you had access to three other properties making up the Mill Falls facilities. Very good restaurants in the area for breakfast, lunch ,and dinner. We had a tremendous Breakfast at the Church Landing Lakefront restaraunt. The younger generation went...
