Thanks for the feedback and staying with us, while we may not have been the "hike in the Catskills" you originally planned. We are glad you were still able to enjoy a few days off.

The Ash Street Inn was our first stop on our New England road trip and boy did it set the bar high. We checked in after a long day of travel and Rob gave us a quick tour, advised us on local restaurants, and left us to get settled in. The room was amazing (it reminded me of the house...

Came in to check out Manchester for a weekend and relax. Rob & Margit were great hosts. Nice & quiet, we were able to sleep in. Breakfast was wonderful. Flowers & wine in the room were perfect. Very clean & quaint rooms. We had #205 with the fireplace and it was roomy & warm. Bed & sheets did not have...

We have stayed in dozens of B&Bs -- from California to Alaska to the Midwest to Nantucket, and other New England locations. The Ash Street Inn was indisputably the best. The inn and its furnishings were gorgeous and graceful, the history of the structure was fascinating, the owners were very warm and generous, the breakfasts were exceptional, and every little...

My husband and I came to stay for the weekend on a very cold valentines! We were greeted with the warm smells of freshly baked muffins and the smiles of our innkeepers Rob and Margit. We felt instantly at home. The house is beautiful but warm and comfortable. You can see yourself reading a book by the fire in the...

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. Who knew it was going to be record setting cold? The cooked to order breakfast is something we take pride in as we found that this was one of the things we enjoyed so much when we traveled to B&B's. It also allows us to be flexible guest's dietary needs. We hope...

Ash Street Inn is lovely. The innkeepers are delightful and could not be more accommodating. They made special breakfast and snack foods for our dietary needs (one vegan and one nut allergy), had amazing food and created a friendly environment. The inn was immaculate and comfortable. It is in a great location, close to many restaurants. Despite the frigid temperatures...

Oh, I love this property! I've stayed there twice now, when visiting family in the area, and it is truly special. I prefer higher-end hotels, and there is very little in the way of luxury in the Manchester area, but Ash Street does not disappoint. The rooms are beautiful and well-appointed with modern amenities (USB ports, flat screen tv), and...

We stayed here for 5 nights the week of Christmas. I had high hopes, based on reviews, but was still pleasantly surprised how wonderful our stay truly was. The house is immaculate, yet comfortable at the same time. The shared sitting area is very cozy, and we appreciated the fireplace. The dining room was lovely too. Our room was very...

Thanks for the wonderful feedback, we are very glad you enjoyed your stay over the Christmas holidays and that you also enjoyed the cooked to order breakfasts. Sometimes savory, sometimes sweet is always a nice option when you stay multiple nights at one place. We hope to see you back the next time your travels take you up this way.

Traveled to Manchester, NH for business. This B&B is great. Much better alternative than big hotels, say, La Quinta. Made the entire business stay worthwhile. The hosts recommended the Republic for food and that too was great.

My husband and I love a good bed and breakfast, and have a deep affection for Victorian era houses.
