If you are looking for a clean and relatively modern room to stay in for a fair price, definitely give the Cabot Inn a call. I booked it through Expedia at a great rate. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat. Continental breakfast was typical. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Found upon arrival... we don't have kids... gross.
I don’t think the breakfast room is open 24/7 but there is coffee in the lobby always. I seem to remember a microwave near the coffee but I may be imagining that.
