We stayed here for one night and had no problems at all with this motel. The beds were comfortable, the wifi worked well and there was ample parking. Breakfast was pretty good and the staff were very helpful and friendly!

Great staff! They are kind and answer all questions. The place is clean and provides a good place to stay. I have stayed here many times and prefer it to the national brand hotel in Littleton which can charge twice as much. If you are going north I'd travel the extra difference, accept cleanliness over name brand recognition, and spend...

Once again stayed at Coos and once again we were glad we did. Always friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean as always and after walking around the top of Mt.Prospect the quiet sleep was appreciated. No doubt as to where we will stay upon our return to the Lancaster area.

Very clean accommodations/courteous &friendly service /highly accessible location right at the heart of the town of Lancaster, New Hampshire. They even have free continental breakfast w/ hard boiled eggs/ sausage and cheese sandwiches/ muffins/waffles etc..this is a treasure find!!! And what's more the prices are very reasonable and one can even request for an extra cot for $25

Found this place online and made it our goal for the day. When we rode up and saw the place we were pleasantly surprised. This hotel is well managed with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were awesome, large, comfy and clean. We had a great evening in Lancaster as we were able to just walk down the street for...

This was a great stop on our trip. The check in was easy, the staff friendly, the room was clean, the bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure! Breakfast was adequate and the checkout was just as easy as the check in.

Conveniently located next to Shaws supermarket. Staff is polite and more professional than the motor inn across the street. There's a continental breakfast the seems to vary from day to day. A couple of mornings there were microwavable pancakes and sausage egg and cheese sandwiches. Rooms have a moderately sized refrigerator. The rooms are clean and the grounds are well...

We stayed two nights during the middle of August and enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious and included a good sized fridge. Comfortable beds, which had the modern white sheets and white comforter. Friendly staff. Breakfast was basic but reasonable; included a fresh fruit salad our second morning. The hotel was full and only about 5 tables at the breakfast...

Needed a room for 1 night to attend a nearby wedding. The room was clean and spacious, and quieter than expected with it's location. The staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean and looked freshly painted. We didn't have the free breakfast as we had plans elsewhere. Free wifi was slow at time when streaming video. There is a supermarket...

The Coos Motor Inn provided a large, clean, quiet room for a good night's sleep. The bed was comfortable. The room included a refrigerator. The bathroom was on the small side. All the fixtures were worked well. All the linens were clean as was the room in general. Breakfast in the morning was a little limited but adequate. The staff...
