We payed 97.00 total and accidentally booked wrong dates. They were nice enough to let me change the date after several calls reaching motel.Room was immaculate.Porch outside needs work but is safe incredible views.Room is efficiency and has stove refrigerator, microwave toaster pots and pans and coffeemaker.
Clean, comfortable, quiet rooms—we could not hear any other guests the whole time. Very pleasant front desk staff. Smoke-free rooms are odor-free, &, speaking as someone with allergies, amazingly had no discernible scent whatsoever! We will go back again for sure!
Thank Jessica B

The staff was very friendly and helpful in this historic inn. The rooms were extremely well kept, equipped and charming and despite its age, very quiet. Its a few minutes to the highway and was a great stopping point to the White Mountains and Maine....More
This wonderful old time New England Inn even had the President stayed here, President and Mrs. Dwight Eisenhower.

We found the rooms very quiet, but we were opposite end from restaurant/lounge. There is not an elevator. The stairs are steep so if one may have challenges, request downstairs. The inn is located on the main drag of the town and the ocean is a short drive east.

"We had a room that was over the tavern but noise wasn't a problem. I am a light sleeper."
