All the bedrooms are on the 2nd & 3rd floors. The Garden Room has a queen bed and a twin, the Rose Room has a queen bed, the Blue Room has a queen and 2 twin beds and the reason I know all of this is Bobby gave us a tour of the house. Every room has their own TV. As for the rates I don't know that information.
