This is a beautiful and quaint hotel, and staying there was very nice. There were just a couple of things that kept it from being the quaint, rustic experience we were anticipating. The biggest detractor to our enjoyment was the incredible height of the bed. A stool is provided, but older persons and those with physical disabilities should be warned....

Very charming inn, with over friendly staff and great food. I was there off season, so the gardens weren't ready, but nice property on the oyster river. Very close to UNH. Would come back again when in the area.

My wife and I have been staying at 3 Chimneys Inn for about 6 years now and plan to continue for many more. The rooms are so comfortable and having a tavern and restaurant on premises is a huge plus as the food is top quality. Staff is friendly and always make you feel at home.

Brides beware. The worst wedding experience. I was the bride. Don't waste your time or money. We started off with Pauline as our wedding coordinator and she was amazing. Unfortunately she left. Kelsey the new wedding coordinator dropped the ball. She ruined my wedding day. She's definitely in the wrong profession. Extremely unfriendly, never returned a phone call, extremely rude...

We take a great deal of pride of the services we provide as evidenced by the many wonderful reviews we have received over the years. We regret that you feel that your wedding didn’t go as expected, but the behavior of some of your guests put us in the position of having to take some drastic action. As background, The...

My husband and I stayed here for my birthday surprise in March. I am certain things on the property look much better in "season." (which is not to say it wasn't well kept). They were in "renovation" mode, so we were unable to partake in the dining experience in the tavern. The building itself was gorgeous, cannot believe the erection...

Happy Belated Birthday. We are pleased that you enjoyed your experience and hope that you will return for a dining experience in the restaurant and another overnight getaway. Our renovation process is almost complete.

Our room was comfortable and pleasantly quaint (the door latches for closet and bathroom were antique style). However, the four poster bed was the only "old" item -- otherwise, there was a comfortable easy chair, a comfortable desk chair, TV, outlets for our electronic media devices. The bathroom was thoroughly modern and updated. Our room, #1, could be entered by...

Absolutely loved this charming B & B. The rooms were very comfortable with some unique characteristics like grand four poster beds and antique sewing machine. Black makeup remover towel was the BOMB! I've never stayed at a place that had this but it's genius so you don't get blackscara streaks all over the nice white towels. The staff was very...

The room is beautiful but very noisy with the people on the floor above you walking back and forth and slamming doors apparently there is no sound barrier. Also if you are superstitious the view from your window is a grave site. Otherwise the staff was very attentive

I really loved my recent stay at Three Chimneys Inn. The staff were really helpful an the rooms were excellent! Everything was functional and it was a lot of fun to stay in such an old room, but with modern updates. Quality of sleep was excellent, once I fell asleep, and the overall stay was really pleasant. This was a...

After staying at Meadow Farm in Northwood just a short drive away, Three Chimneys Inn felt a little soulless. In our upgraded carriage house room there was little trace of the original 1649 structure. I'm sure rooms in the oldest part of the inn feel more historic. Even though the bathroom appeared newly renovated it was very dark, especially the...
