We stayed at this hostel for only one night. Its a small hostel which I like and the vibe was positive. The rooms are small and clean. The bathrooms were not crowded and also clean. For this region it is the best you can get for this price! We loved staying in the White Mountains and the hostel had everything... More

My climbing partner and I visited off season, so it was quiet, but we had a wonderful experience. We have both traveled extensively and enjoy the hostel environment. This place was clean, cue and well maintained by the owners who are young, but caring and engaged. Highly recommend and we would stay here again.

Reserved a room for 4 girls, with 4 beds. Morning of the day we were going to stay at the hostel, the receptionist texted us and said 3 of us would be sleeping in one room, and 1 of us would be in another, ,seeing as the hostel was entirely booked that weekend. Told her that wasnt our reservation, as... More

We spent 2 nights in a double room on the hostel. Although inexpensive it did not hold up with our expectations. The room carpet was old and looked dirty, there was only one small lamp in the room, hard for reading in the evening. Wifi did not work in the room, only at the front desk/ entry, probably because so... More

We stayed in a private room and we learnt that a bathroom partially opened is an euphemism for shared bathroom. The laundry area was outside our room. When I saw that, I asked if we could have another room, but check-in starts at 4pm and at 5pm, we were told there was no more vacancy. At 9pm the reception closes.... More

We spent a few nights here and loved it! The location was great, just a short drive from the busier North Conway where the supermarkets, shops and outlet mall are. The hostel itself was very clean. We were there during weekdays when it was quieter. Rooms are scattered on all three stories. We stayed on the 2nd floor. The room... More

I used this a my base on trips up from MA. It's a great spot! Old New England charm with lots of friendly folks I've met through the years. It's in a great location if you want to head back on the Kanc Hwy or into N Conway in the morning. Super grateful to have this place up there! Friendly... More

Its tough to be the White Mountains Hostel for location, cleanliness and value. Its a few miles south of North Conway (restaurants, shopping, etc.), but there are some night local places within walking distance for meals. The hostel has a full kitchen for guest use, and on this particular Saturday night the owners had cooked up several trays of veggie... More

My boyfriend and I stayed in a private room here this past July 4th week. I haven't actually stayed in a hostel before, so I'm not sure how good it is in comparison to other hostels. It sort of felt like being a guest in someone's home, probably because it's literally a house. The house is old but everything was... More

I stayed here in June 2015 while on a roadtrip from PA. We needed a place to stay for the night in Conway and this turned out to be the best option. I am so glad we chose here because it was cheap and it suited our needs perfectly! It was our first time staying in a hostel and if... More
