Adair is our home base when we go hike the White Mountains. The rooms are all comfortable (we have stayed in most of them) and well appointed. Changes for the better have been made since the recent ownership change. Breakfasts are as good as ever and the signature pop overs are still served piping hot! We had dinner on Sunday...

My sister recently held her wedding at the Adair Inn and even though it was the coldest day of the year, it was warm and cozy inside. First off, the attentiveness of the staff and the Inn Keepers were amazing....if you wanted something, they would try and make it happen. The food was incredible - I had eaten at the...

First it is worth noting that the Bretton Woods area is very limited in terms of dining options and this is a key point that the Adair Country Inn has decided to address by having a restaurant (they could have so easily gone with just a B&B approach) A pretty bold and very impressive step to take and they have...

went for the Valentines day special. A four course dinner with a glass of champagne. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband had the duck with sweet potatoes and I had Salmon stuffed with boursin cheese and garlic mashed potatoes. We both had the soup and salad. The food was incredibly delicious. The astmosphere is very tranquil, quaint and beautiful....

Stayed at Adair for a winter weekend away for my husband's birthday. It was beautiful. The grounds, even snow covered were beautiful. The room was cozy and comfortable. Loved the country decor and fireplace. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I spoke to Cindy on the phone several times. She went out of her way to make sure everything...

We stayed at Adair Inn 2 years ago and loved everything about it. We came to enjoy winter sports and found the Inn to be a perfect match for what we wanted. We returned this year and found the Inn under a different ownership, but all remained the same and we loved our stay. The staff is wonderful. They were...

What a beautiful place. The rooms so very comfortable and the entire inn has not lost it's 1920s charm and decor. We would love to return when the grounds are in bloom. Our meals were simply delicious, truly 5*. The hats and all the books a wonderful touch. a definite must stop in Bethlehem.

So happy you enjoyed your stay with us Christina.... thanks so much for the great review! Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Adair Country Inn and Restaurant is a romantic retreat nestled on 200 acres of private property in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. With nine charming and comfortably appointed rooms, you'll want to cuddle up in our feather beds with the fireplace on. In the morning, you'll wake up to the smell of popovers that are baked fresh daily and served with our three course gourmet breakfast. Venture out on one of the many trails of Adair where you may see moose, black bear, or even some wild turkeys. Take up a rousing game of tennis or a fierce shuffleboard competition in the afternoon. Enjoy some tea on the patio overlooking the spectacular grounds designed by the Olmsted Brothers. In the evening, join us in the bar for a cocktail before dining at our highly acclaimed restaurant. After dinner, take up a friendly game of pool in our Granite Room on our circa 1920 pool table, before retiring to your room where you'll feel as though you're sleeping on a cloud.
