Hotel (fairly new, only 4 yrs old) has changed hands - new owners. Very clean, crisp, well appointed and well run. Stayed here previously (wasn't bad then either), and again this past weekend for skiing. Change is good - more/better parking, room was hospital clean. Staff was pleasant and very professional. Quiet under COVID restrictions - only breakfast grab and go, no bar. Keep the faith. Prices were very reasonable during ski season. You won't be disappointed to stay here. Will continue to us this as a good base camp for Bretton, Cannon, Loon, Waterville. Thanks again! Regards, Bob W. Bristol RI

Spent 4 days 3 nights. Staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Room was clean and spacious which allowed my son to run and play. Staff and GM were very helpful in finding places around the area for family activities and fun. Would definitely stay here again this is the best hotel out of 5 this last 6 months stayed at

staff not helpful at all and they don't know how to treat the guest nice , rooms are not clean ,and when we complained about it they told us they room service is only provided once in 5 days if you don't like to sleep in the street you can go there only but i don't advice any one with this bad hotel , was promised a suite and paid for a suite but when we got there we were told that they are sold out so we only got a regular room instead

the guy at check in was vary respectful and helpful, i got there before 3:00 and they let me check in early, really nice staff, really nice customer service. it's was a great experince, nice lobby, and its a nice clean hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Lobby is great. Breakfast was good. No bar or restaurant on site. Fire alarm went off few times, I guess is a false. Hot tub water was cold and pool area are cold. Water in the pool was cold. Love the location near some great bars and restaurants. Would stay there if the pool, hot tub temp is fixed.
