This is an outstanding hotel who caters to all customers! Front desk folks, Melanie, Deborah and Danielle are fantastic. Housekeeping is very good as is the kitchen staff. Management really cares! Stay here and you won't be disappointed!
Nice hotel with a very friendly staff. Unlike most Hampton’s that I stay at, they have a managers reception (week nights) from 5p - 7p. The location is very convenient for airport access and the rooms are very modern and up to date.

Lifetime Diamond with Hilton so I know what the Hampton should and should not offer.
No “do not disturb” signs for my room to use to warn housekeeping I’m sleeping. At least we got in at 1am and housekeeping attempted entry at 0830. In sure I was asleep by 2am so I got a solid 6 hours or so of sleep. 😳😳
Key didn’t work after breakfast. Coffee was luke warm... not hot by the way. After I took effort to walk around housekeeping’s cart and vacuum that were both placed in the middle of the hall making passage difficult, I approached the front desk and asked for my key to be redone and showed my ID. Instead of simply handing my key back to me, she reverted to a “pay by the hour” type motel personality asking me when I was checking out and how long my shower would take.
I thought we were going to go into my personal hygiene habits next for goodness sake?? Intrusive questions, party of one?
I checked in less than 12 hours ago and check out is at 12. Got it. I was offered my key again so I could get my shower and proceed with the day.
Lifetime Diamond and feeling the appreciation.... nope.
I’m sure the hotel has contacted with a politically correct sunshine and rainbows internet company that will sprinkle a management response together and somehow... in some bizarre circumstance, I’m sure the inflection will be that this exchange is somehow my fault as the customer.
Never mind the fact that she was like this a few weeks ago too. I’m pretty sure this is a regular thing for her.
The staff makes the business. Or break it.
I wonder what Hilton might say about this levers of customer service?

Nicely located not far from MHT and highways. Not far from fast food and casual dining restaurants. Close to Target and a new Whole Foods Market. Rooms are comfortable- great beds! - and staff prepares not only breakfast but a light dinner, salad bar, and beverages if you need to stay in. Nice!
We stayed for one night in an accessible room. Parking was easy, staff was professional, everything was clean. Our room was on the fourth floor, which would have been horrible for my elderly mother in case of emergency. The room was quiet & laid out well with adequate grab bars for my mother. The Business Center computers did not have Internet the entire first day I was there; the front desk did address the situation promptly and did give me a small credit on my bill. Breakfast was Hampton good.

In my experience as a travel agent, when it comes to small dogs it's best to contact the hotel directly. If they have a "no pet" policy, sometimes the manager will make an exception in the case of a small dog. Good luck.
