Very clean and quiet rooms. Owner provided us with lots of area information since it's off season. GPS did give us bad location, but we just kept driving and found it within 10 miles. Definite recommendation!

The room was clean and had the basic necessities. There was hot coffee in the morning and the owners were there to greet their guests. Friendly owners/staff. The playground area was fantastic for our kids. Even us adults enjoyed running and playing around in all the structures and play equipment. The fall foliage was beautiful there. Definitely worth trying out...

If you are looking for a basic and clean place to stay away from the crowds this is the place. No, it's not fancy. No, there isn't a hot tub in the room (at least the one I stayed in). But it is a stones throw from Bear Peak (Attitash Ski Area) and super clean. I am an anxiety ridden...

What a great find. It was very clean, out of heavy traffic of N. Conway, and owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again. Might not be a 5 star hotel but it was CLEAN/COMFORTABLE.

Don't let the "kiddie look" of this place put you off. It was very clean, quiet, and the owners were pleasant. It was our cheapest room on our trip, so we were a little worried. We shouldn't have been. We would recommend it for a stay in the White Mountains.

The motel is excellent, suprising quite, and superbly located for visiting the White Mountains. It has excellent rooms with nice touches, bed very comfortable and importantly less than half the price of some of the top hotels we have stayed in. The proprietor is very friendly and from what we could see, it has excellent family facilities, great play areas...

We stayed here while on a trip to StoryLand and were very happy with our choice. When we arrived our son's eyes lit up at the sight of the huge, elaborate playground. We made a barbecue for dinner and ate outside while enjoying the gorgeous scenery. And even though our room opened directly to the outdoors, the room was spotless...

I called last minute to book a Labor Day stay. Luckily there was a cancellation. I believe I spoke to the owner when making a reservation and he gave me a great package price to include Storyland tickets. He was correct when he told me my daughter would think the motel was storyland- she absolutely loved the playground. She was...

This was our third time staying at the motel and we thoroughly enjoyed this one as we had the previous two. This is a great location for parents with young kids. The owners are first-rate hosts and the rooms are clean and modern and the play area and pool are great for the kids. The location is ideal for visiting...

This motel is close to Storyland, Conway Scenic Rail and an easy drive to Santa's Village. They have a great playground for the kids and a good in-ground pool area. The rooms are comfortable and maintained well as is the whole property. The staff is very knowledgeable about the surrounding area and parks. Their recommendation on arriving to dinner by...
