Overall, the hotel is half-way between a cute rustic feel and a rundown out-dated feel. They have a handful of cute rustic decor and furniture. But at the same time the place is saturated with shingle siding (including shingle siding inside the room) and well-tread carpets. However, the cleanliness and great service easily overcome the out-dated feel. By all appearances,...

We like to think of ourselves as a kind of Tahoe shabby chic decor! ;) We are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us. Although we may not be "Lakefront" we thought "Lake Adjacent Inn and Casino" was a weird name! Haha! We hope your next stay with us will be just as great! Thanks for the review!

The room is clean and is big (bathroom has step-down tub). Bed is not the most comfortable but good enough for our 2-night stay. It is conveniently located near stores but not in a busy area. Around 30 minutes away from the Sand Harbor, 45 minutes from Emerald Bay. I would recommend for those who are looking for good value,...

My parents have a house nearby, but more important family was staying in their guest rooms so my dad paid $79 so I could stay one night for a family event before flying out of Reno airport the next day. Big closet and it looked like a nice tub and I could figure out the television. Room 102 had a...

Hey, Kristi. Thanks for the great review! We are a dog-friendly hotel just in case you don't stay at your parent's house next time. We hope you'll be back soon!

This is an older inn and needs to be upgraded, let's just say it's retro. That being said,it is located close to Harvey's and Harrah's, you could actually walk but it's a bit of a hike. Its also a few steps away from bike/walking path to Nevada beach, which is quite beautiful and prestine, good for family fun or couples....

This was an accidental stay after we left Yosemite 2 days earlier that expected. The room was large with a private balcony, and we were on the first floor. I was really surprised by how quiet the room was. I did not even hear the shower running from the rooms next door. Or hear people walking across the floor above...

We've been to the Lakeside many times. Spent a month in the Arctic tundra there one night. I rated it a 5 because they don't have a 4 and a half. The rooms are ok, but pretty "mountain minimalist" and dated. The pillows are horrendous, bring your own. The food is pretty darn ok. They really work hard at it,...

Best part of the stay was the prime rib and lobster diner. $19.99 gets you plenty of delicious food. The rooms were large, clean and the beds comfortable. The Inn also has a casino. While we did not gamble, everything was layer out nicely and it was not very crowded.

The room was very quiet and had such a cabin feel. It was spacious with a comfortable bed. It also had a great pool and hot tub. The breakfast we had at the hotel restaurant was very delicious. We had great service. We will definitely be staying here again.

Our daughter was married at Edgewood Golf Course and this hotel was close. They offered an amazing summer rate for our wedding party, family and friends. We were happy with the accommodations and the front desk was so friendly and helpful. We also ate at the on site restaurants and were happy with the food. I would recommend this hotel...

Love the location of this hotel casino. Overall it is a little bit on the need-to-be-updated side, but I can't complaint really! Room was great and with a large and private balcony! My room was an adjoined room, so could hear a little bit of the people next door, but was not too bothering. Service was great in the hotel,...
