TV didn't work, toilet didn't flush, reserved for 2 but only 1 each bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth. Claimed only 1 ice machine for over 100 rooms and it was down. Could barely read the settings on the heater/AC. Door sign had a no smoking insignia but it was a smoking room. Staff did not care about the inconveniences...

Well, where do I start!! We arrived into Reno on Labour day looking a room for the night, unfortunately EVERY hotel/motel was sold out. Thankfully (haha) Aloha Inn had one smoking room available. After being robbed $97 (we were super tired), we made our way to the room. Where to start. Stains on the floor and sheets, the stench of...

This place is absolutely disgusting! They are infested with bedbugs and refuse to do anything about it! The staff are lazy and the place has either drug dealers, Crack heads, or prostitutes living there! I was appalled when I told them that the room I was in had bedbugs and their response was, "What do you want me to do...

Management sprayed but didn't clean up the bugs. Still have the bed bugs and nasty mattress. Won't refund and refused a different room and mattress.Im annoyed and in distress with the lack of management complying with the fact that this is no habitable.

Even though the rooms were shabby (old stains on the carpet, old cigarette burns in the blanket - in a non-smoking room, missing light fixture in the ceiling), they were IMMACULATE. Everything was super clean, no smells (not even chemicals from the thorough cleaning) - much cleaner than most more expensive hotels. Even the mini-coffee machine was completely clean! As...

Price compared to other hotels on Saturday was what sold me. It's located between the Atlantis and the Peppermill, food in walking distance (including a not to shabby taco truck in the parking lot and Veterans discount. Some outdated furniture as in bedding, tv's ect but for what you Pay who cares. It was sold out the night we stayed...

This place is a nice place. The staff was very nice, but I was charged twice for one night, BUT it wasn't their fault. But when it came to getting my money back, it was the mgn that I had a problem with. He tried to do everything to help but get me my money back. It seemed like he...

Stayed for one night. Didn't have their breakfast. Need a password for the wifi, so I didn't test it. Everything about the room and the service was just ok. It was clean. Pizza Hut near by had good quailty pizza.
