This hotel officially opened last week and it is obvious that the month following the soft opening (4/15) wasn't sufficient to work out all of the kinks. That said, the property is well located, upscale and has great potential. Anthony greeted me with gusto and placed me in an upgraded room with a scenic view of the rushing Truckee as...

Two issues while staying at this hotel: I stayed at the hotel using points. Of course I had to put a credit card on file for incidentals. As I am checking out i go to the desk to make sure I have no charges to my card. The said no you have a zero balance. A few days go by...

I had a one night business stay at the Renaissance that happened to coincide with their Grand Opening Party. What a circus! The place was packed. Common to most modern design there are no soft surfaces to blunt the noise so, between the hundreds of people, the string quartet, etc, it was a cacophony! Now to specifics: Good: 1. The...

A friend and I spent 3 nights at this newly opened hotel. The "Fixer Upper" decor is lovely, although storage is awful (more on that later). The spacious lobby smells heavenly - have never smelt such a scent before and hope to buy it for my home. Apparently most guests comment on it. And, best of all, the staff was...

I found the staff extremely helpful. The location was great and central. You can overcome the paid wifi by joining Marriott. The rooms were comfortable, the decor great, the airpot shuttle service was free. I enjoyed my stay.

Brand new hotel that has not even gone through its grand opening yet. Very nice to see a hotel like this in Reno. There are a couple of things they need to work out with a new hotel but I am sure they will get it done. I will not dwell on them because I am confident in the brand.

This hotel had a nice remodel and looks modern and hip. The bocce bar wasn't open yet, but looks like a really great hangout spot. The pool was closed for the season, so no review on that. The gym is basic and has everything needed for a decent work out. The rooms are standard with modern touches like a smart...

Stayed here for volleyball tournament Friday to Sunday. The hotel is soft opened. Room is "new" but still has construction dust all over the room. Want to use the bathtub but could not use it due to construction dust. The hotel restaurant is understaff so they lost orders and orders took long time. Has a rollaway bed but for unknown...

Newly renovated hotel in downtown Reno offers modern rooms and cool bar, restaurant and lounge areas. Front desk was helpful with dinner recommendations. Free valet parking. Hotel is close to university.
