Realizing the bites below my armpits were bedbugs, I called the hotel. The answering person was willing only to forward my call to a manager, who had better things to do. The attitude was "that's your problem" and so it was. If this is a problem YOU want, then stay here. On a positive note, the breakfast was better than...

Heat of the summer the RV Park was pretty empty, but the facilities are well cared for and the restrooms clean. Large dogs are prohibited and quiet hour is strictly enforced. Showers clean and on-sight management. Good experience.

I was heading back from a trip to Death Valley and was looking for an option during the crowded Memorial Day weekend. Choices were limited, so I was content with their last minute availability for a deluxe room at $100. The Saddle West's slot-oriented casino was pretty basic and a little dated, but they had ice cold beers that hit...

If you need someplace to sleep, this hotel offers that... A good night's sleep. A lot of the reviews for this hotel are silly when they talk about decor and lack of mini-frig. Nevada hotels can be compared only to other in-state hotels. The room was clean, no smoke smell, basic amenities, and a huge flatscreen TV. We had a...

I must say the free included breakfast was the highlight, it was very good. The rooms are very old and in need of desperate renovation. They smell old and are not very sound proof, hard to get a good night sleep.

We come to the Saddle West every May for a reunion. Every year the staff are wonderful to us and nothing is too much trouble for them. It is a basic hotel/casino with no frills but the friendliness of the staff make up for that. The rooms are comfortable, clean and serviced every day. The pool area is also clean...

I stayed here one night after completing a 4 day Front Sight handgun class, thought I'd be too tired to make the 3.5 hour drive home. We stayed in a rental house the previous 4 nights, but I didn't think about staying the extra night until after a couple days of class and realizing how tiring it was. I booked...

Floors creaked , gap under door let in trash, couldn't turn on shower, lamps didn't work an d you had to walk a mile for ice. Desk clerk didn't seem interested, also light over sink was out. $100.00 poorly spent but no choice. Oh yes the bug in the bathroom wasn't any more friendly than the Checkout clerk.

Stayed here with a friend for one night. Rooms are dark and old. Bedspreads are dark colored and well worn. Casino is downright depressing and full of smoke. I will say the pool and courtyard is very well kept and pretty; it's the best part of the place. But I would not stay here again.

Rooms are out dated and in bad need of Renovation . Sleeping in the bed you can feel a vibration in the bed every time someone walks by the room Management was not co-operative. however I would not stay there again as I have heard from other guests that the problem exists through out the hotel.
