My husband and I stayed here one night for a staycation with the ValuPak mailer (dinner and breakfast included in the stay). It was the perfect mini-escape. The rooms are older, but nice. Food at the resort was great and service was good.

We received and used a mailer coupon for this stay. We live in Las Vegas and thought it would be nice for a mountain getaway. We always drive by when on the mountain. The hotel looks pleasant from the outside. It's was freezing outside so walking in and seeing a large fireplace to sit at was nice. There are 50...

My friend and I stayed here for a wedding, and everything from booking three months ago to checking out was excellent. It's an old place and the rooms reflect that, but the staff is exceptional! Shout-out to Becca, who originally made my reservation over the phone and was there to check me in. Courteous, knowledgeable, kind, quick, and made us...

We went with high hopes after reading many reviews on livingsocial about the great Resort and the beautiful Mt. Charleston. Just 20 minutes outside downtown Vegas, In my mind I thought a beautiful mountain town, shops, ski runs. Not!!! We pulled up and the Inn looks very inviting from the outside. Walk inside and go back to 1960's. The sofas...

Location is what you're paying for here. The resort itself is just ok. It feels 80's. No wi-fi and no cell service. Normally not a big deal but you start to realize how much you rely on your electronics to find things to do and routes and maps very quickly. The staff really was very friendly and accommodating. Please be...

This resort takes advantage of being on of the only locations to stay on the mountain. The rooms are outdated and lacking toiletries but they are clean. The outside isn't bad, but there were tools and ladders out and someone threw a chair in the frozen pond?! Our 8yo liked the video games and air hockey in the lobby (for...

It is a great hotel specially if you are a skier and need good food and a warm place. It is not modern or fancy and a little bit aging but the hotel in general is ok. Romantic place to be if snowing. Food good and good price. Check the weather ...

We drove from Las Vegas to Mount Charleston to see the snow (a bit concerned because of avalanche warning signs en route). Only place to grab lunch and turn around before things got too dicey was Mount Charleston "Resort and Spa". Beautiful scenery but resort is dated. Walked in to carts of clean and dirty linens. Ugh. Restaurant has seen...

This place has so much potential, but it is run horribly. I wish anyone else would buy it because the location is perfect as a get away from Vegas. It is badly in need of a face lift, not much works, and the staff could care less about you (with the exception of the nice maintenance man). The "resort" title...
