Stayed for a long weekend in August. We loved the pool. We used the pool on a Sunday and a Tuesday and it didn't seem like people had a problem finding a lounge chair. We rented a daybed for $75 on Sunday and $50 on Tuesday and it was totally worth it to us. It was nice to have a...

Lobby smells-lingers on clothes Staff are miserable, few smile, only one ever spoke to me in a lift and he was very happy and a pleasure to talk to, he seemed quite high up. Someone else allocated our first room 2nd room toilet wouldn't flush and lock was broken, first time we highlighted the situation, they did nothing about it....

The Tropicana is located perfectly! You can access the tram and walk to all the major casinos. The hotel itself is nice. It's been redone and is much more modern then before. It doesn't have a big casino feel and didn't have late night dining options besides Starbucks...but for the price, it was a good value. The pool is cute....

We arrived on a Friday for two nights after a long and hot drive from LA and were disappointed to find that the rooms we had booked weren't available. Months ago we booked adjoining rooms (family of four) and paid extra for a view of the Strip. However, after struggling for quite some time to find us suitable rooms, we...

This year on our yearly trip to attend the Star Trek convention, July 30th to August 4th, I decided to book through Expedia and got a great deal on this hotel. Unfortunately the night before departure Expedia, in error, cancelled all of my travel reservations. Hours later all was fixed and I was on my way. I had a bit...

If you want a little balcony that overlooks the room, then I suggest this room at a great price. We stayed in this room for six nights and relatively quiet, remember this is on the strip. You have a great view of the room, some music from the pool, afternoon shade and for I think about eight dollars a night.........we...
