Our first impression was not amazing simply because we had a hard time figuring out the lay of the land. We had to drive over to a different location to get to our room, which was on the top floor and we couldn't find the elevator to building 1 at club 1. So we walked up the 3 flights of stairs to check out the room and found a cleaning attendant that told us to go to the main building. We didn't find any front desk person at this new location until the next day. Once we figured it all out, it was awesome. One other thing, the phones in the room didn't work but we are used to using our mobile phones anyway. Those would be the downsides. The upsides are everything else! We had a great room on the top floor with a good sized bedroom with a king size bed. Having a kitchen on vacation is essential for us. We save money and I cook a lot for my snacky kid and husband. I spent like $50 at the Albertsons down the street and made a lot of meals. The room was very nice. New carpet, an awesome large balcony, two tvs, a jetted tub for 2, double sinks, and I have to say the top floor was very quiet except we were worried that we could be loud for the people below us. The pool was cold but the hot tub was very hot! The pool zone was really nice too. Great lounge chairs! There are a lot of other amenities also but we didn't get to them. We will stay again. …
After 2 nights with no sleep because of noisy neighbors and unhelpful staff, ended up changing hotels. So caution anyone when booking here #clubdesoleil as rooms are not sound proofed and images are deceiving to what the place actually looks like.
I’ve stayed here at least a couple of dozen times and 10/10 would stay again - the main building can be a bit busy, the secret is to request a top floor room in the additional property - staying here is MUCH nicer than staying at some casino hotel (except Sunset Station Henderson, which is as nice but further from the strip) - I can’t imagine where the negative posts are coming from here, this place has never been anything but excellent (once I discovered the satellite building) and I’m looking forward to going back
check in woman totally gave me anxiety. she felt the need to talk fast and rush my check in. hard 2 understand with her mask and thick fillipino accent. she did it because just 1 person was waiting to talk to her. she and checkout front desk worker (about 30; white male, about 5'9") lied to me about the non-working. He went so far as to back her up on HER lie. He tried 2 tell me it went out of service 'a while back,' I was only there 3 nights. You know the old lying story when they have been totally been lying and caught at it: "ok, so now we're waiting on parts." Also, I called this property 4 times before check in, and 4 times they told me the jacuzzi was open. When I was there, there was yellow crime scene tape surrounding it. other than jacuzzi and problems with front desk workers, how was the room. Good enough 3/4 kitchen saved me money; no convection oven. my studio suite was probably a 1 bedroom lockout with a partial kitchenette. room was just fine. ERRONEOUSLY another trip advisor reviewer said all suites had balconies. not mine. they probably dont have them on studio suites. found this deal on hotels.com just 2 get me through the very expensive mlk weekend. My next stay was a MGM after mlk weekend ended. property overall was nice enough. I would call it resort minus. A bit of buzzkill based on the neighborhood and what the property looks like. However, I would definitely return if the price were right, and so glad my 3 nights on mlk weekend were affordable. However, it isn't the type of place that I'm seeking out g…
Totally disappointed! I will make sure i won't do another time share exchange at this hotel! Totally outdated! You can hear the people next door! The only decent place is their lobby but the entire room is depressing! So saying home away from home doesn't apply at this place! They don't even have a small couch or chase to sit down so I can put my shoes on and no place for me to do my hair and make up! I had to share the tiny bathroom with my husband and the tiny sink! I could have just paid for my one hotel and not use my points! Anyway! I'm glad I got to see this place coz I won't be coming back ever again!! Not happy with the unfriendly staff! They are not accommodating at all! My husband and I arrived at 11:15pm FRI and on the day of our check out on SUN I asked if I can check out an hour later of their regular check out time! They said NO! Or else I will have to pay! So! There you go! An outdated hotel and depressing room! Plus friendly staff! That give me the perfect answer not to stay there ever again! And plus My $100 deposit they said it won't be released until 7 to 10 business days!!! WTH!! I'm so turned off and disgusted! I couldn't believe as a time share owner being treated like this! Anyway watch out people ! I hate to give bad reviews but this is to protect the other consumers!…
