This place is a scam!!! They took our credit card info and then immediately said they would have to call us back to confirm the booking, they never called us back! So an hour later we called back to cancel due to the sketchy behavior, and they refused to help and said call back in the morning. Long story short they fraudulently charged us. When trying to deal with the manager Chelsie she refused to even speak to us and hung up two different times! They stated if we called again they would call the authorities for harassment! Are you kidding me?!!!Nicole Marshall the regional manager has refused to contact us either. The professionalism with this establishment is dishonest and disgusting. I strongly recommend staying as far away as possible!
Good location, walking distance to the strip, low price. Looked nice on the surface - but reality was much different! · Day 1: We discovered there were toe nails all over the floor around the bed. The room had definitely not been vacuumed. Front desk came and vacuumed right away. Really bad sign that the housekeepers hadn't vacuumed - it was SO obvious. Day 2: Discovered that the towels looked dirty and the small shampoo bottle had been used. Another sign that the housekeeping wasn't done properly. We requested a full cleaning of the room while we were out during the day which front desk promised us. We came back in the afternoon, room was not cleaned at all. We requested another room instead - which we got. BUT - this was dirty as well. Hair on the wrinkly sheets, looked like the sheets hadn't been changed since last guest! Lot's of wrinkles and wasn't tucked properly. Only one towel in the bathroom, bathtub was disgusting with hairs everywhere. To the front desk again. We let them see the room and they accepted that we could get yet another (room nr. 3). This time checked by staff beforehand. Told us the room was fine and hairs were removed from the bathtub (so it wasn't clean either?). Immediately we see that the bed is full of hair and a booger in the sheets, and sheets were wrinkled. Also hair on the pillows. This could not have been changed since last guest. Down to the front desk AGAIN. The manager (I presume) told us that this is how the sheets are delivered and it is not their fault. Did they expect us to sleep in dirty sheets? Front desk came and changed the sheets while we were present (agreed that it was nasty). This time the sheets were wrinkle and hair free. We could finally sleep after spending way too much time on this and dragging our stuff back and forth Management blamed all this on the sheet suppliers but it is hard to believe that this was the case. No apologies, offer to refund or anything. We expect some housekeeping when we pay for it.…
This place is no frills, old and tired motel! Mostly a short term living for persons who are unable to rent a house or apartment, we saw a lot of questionable individuals, creeper types, this is not a cheap place to stay! I do not plan to ever stay here again!
The place is full of prostitutes and the carpets stink of urine and they are ripped and torn. The parking is really tight. They have NO WATER for 2-3 consecutive days over Thanksgiving because some water pipe burst and they just couldn’t even find it! Pathetic. They send notices to increase rent all the time. They never fix anything in the rooms. The front desk LIES about everything. CHELSEA the manager is horrible. They didn’t even return my security deposit after i stayed there for close to 2 months. I would never stay there again.
Initially the check in was fine.. Short wait time and friendly as expected when you get a hotel. However, day 2 was a nightmare. I am short on towels and go to the lobby to get more. I am advised they will bring them to my room. I notice something fishy about that staff on day 2 (African American employees). Mind you, I am African American myself (so no racism here, just details). I shower, and there are still no towels. My spouse showers and there are still no towels. I go back down to the lobby and notice a housekeeper with towels in her hand. I ask her for some and she for some odd reason insisted on bringing them to my room. I am confused at this point because she literally just needs to hand them to me. I wear a lot of jewelry. So I did not want this lady coming in my room or even near it at this point because I noticed something fishy from when I came to the lobby originally for my towel. She claims she needed to replace the old ones. We swapped towels and about 5 min later a manager ( a cheat ) came knocking on my door claiming there were complaints of a smoke smell. I knew it was bogus, and asked from "who" and why was I not advised this when I came down to ask for towels and told them my room number.. They could not respond. I get an alert from my phone 10 min later indicating they hotel has charged me 3 x in the amount of $293.00 for smoking in the room. They claim it was a mistake. I had to contact corporate, miss a pool party, contact the bank, starve for a few hours all because they took my Vegas money for the weekend. They were able to fix it a get back 2 of the charges. However, I had to wait 5 days for one of them. They pretty much almost ruined my trip. I told my story to the Hilton staff the following day and they upgraded my room to a suite for free. I would stay away from this hotel until they fire the rude and disgraceful staff they have. Its a scam. I would recommend the Hilton though! They were great! If I wasn't scared of going to jail for the sake of my kids, I would have K.O.'d there staff workers just for the principle of attempting to steal my money and ruin my trip.…
My Husbands company placed him in this property as he will be here for about a month with the Construction Convention. I came out to spend a week. First let me say that after reading the other reviews I was leary. The I was a housekeeping supervisor in a 4 star property and am very critical. The room we had 211 was lovely, and for being a block or so from the convention center was very quiet. The ladies in housekeeping keep the rooms very clean. I also will tell you that Melissa at the front desk went above and beyond to print out my boarding pass. Would so stay here again if I'm ever in Vegas again.
First of all, the pictures on Expedia are deceiving. And the WiFi IS NOT FREE. A week prior to our entrance I was charged a "deposit" which they were gonna credit me, and never did. When we arrived they gave us a very ugly and old room, very different from what Expedia showed, next day we complained and changed us to a room more like the one on the pictures. Like I said, WiFi is NOT free, and there is no Housekeeping if you stay less than 5 days!. Then 3 days after we leave I see ANOTHER charge on my credit card!!!!! And I called and nobody answered yet... I will update this review when I can call the manager. Manager (Ann Ortega) if you read this please give me your correct contact information. For now: AVOID AT ALL COSTS This "Hotel".
I did a reservation in Sept 2016 receiving a confirmation for ~640$ for the 1 week stay. I was on the phone and was assured that all is settled and done. Upon arrival they told me my reservation was cancelled and made me pay triple the price to be allowed to enter the room (it was evening, after a 25h+ travel from Europe and you ain't get any short notice accommodation during CES). The problem is indisputably caused by the hotel staff but still at the end they make me pay 1,120$ which 75% more than agreed. Some colleagues had the same trouble. One had to find an other hotel at high expenses, one got his original rate as he booked through booking.com and the obviously wanted any bad rating in there. Stay away from this hotel.
We booked a room back in September and even called to confirm yesterday and today. Was assured when we got here we had a room but told it was still 1 hour til room was cleaned. We came back 1 hour later and told we never had a valid reservation. At 7:16 pm there is no room here and because of CES there's no place for us to stay. These people are crooked.
My husband reserved this room in July for the SEMA show via travelocity and booking.com. Upon arrival he was told that the hotel was overbooked and was offered a room in South Las Vegas, which was unacceptable because he wanted to be at the convention center. He was offered a long term rental at another property located on the same site. The room had to be "cleaned" first. He had to accept the room as there were no other choices available in Las Vegas without spending $500 a night. The room had broken locks, one sheet on the bed, filthy carpet, no trash can, and the smell in the room was not masked by the fragrance of Lysol. My husband has been an international business traveler for 40 years, and he said this was by far the worst room he's ever stayed in. He had to pay full price for the room and cut his trip short, coming home one day earlier than expected. He slept with a chair placed under the front door knob as he was concerned for his safety. …
