Stay here several times for business and occasionally just to have a night or weekend away. Rooms are spacious and for the most part, clean. I did have a dirty room the last time here but that was a one-time thing for the most part. However, the internet would not stay connected and multiple times I tried, even calling the...

This hotel is full of convenience at a great price however their customer service is absolutely horrible! The front desk staff, AKA Monica is about one of the worst individuals I have dealt with at a hotel. Keep in mind I travel for a living. Needless to say improvements are needed.

This was a good choice for a stay during the holiday season with a house full of family! My mom wanted to stay at this hotel (we shared the room cost) due to being able to walk down to machines. The room was adequate but not spectacular. This is just what you should expect at this property.

Went to this hotel/casino for the last time for a family event. Carla at the front desk said that since I had no card on file for my king room non smoking that they didn't hold the room for my late arrival. Well I had booked with the event planner and had my card on file, but because a large...

If your ever in las vegas you'll love the santa fee station hotel, the casino is breathtaking and the buffets are equally matched, we have spend two nights roaming this hotel because of the pleasant food and awesome atmosphere!

I stayed here and was thoroughly impressed, especially being my first time in Las Vegas. Granted, you are a ways away from the Strip but you have plenty to do between bowling, movies or jusy doing what most people come to Vegas to do....gambling. The food choices were great but in my opinion, a lil proud of the food in...

I liked this room a lot more than I expected. It was very spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was big enough (though the door got a bit close to the toilet when opening and closing) and I loved the view from the room (I was facing the mountains). As other people have said, the hallways do...

We had a nice room, good buffet. The customer service was great but parking is difficult if you have a handicapped person. Make sure you know where you will be parking. If not, you have a long walk. This hotel is one that you need a reservation to ensure a good room. We walked in but were treated well.

Upon check in we were "rudely" told our non-smoking room was not available and we would have to "deal with it". NIce start! Then I informed them we would be cutting our visit short by one day, leaving Friday instead of Saturday. She said we could not avoid the last day charge even though there was nothing indicating that on...

We only stayed one night, but it was a good experience. The place is huge. There is a lot to do, even if you don't gamble. If you do, you have a ton of choices! The place was very clean and the hotel staff were great! The only issue is the WIFI that is free is horrible!! If you stay...
