One of the best hotels I ever stayed at. Stayed in the sky suites for 2 nights. Was mind blowing. Have to do it once in your life. Waking up to magnificent views. Literally luxury at its finest. Can’t fault nothing at this hotel. Will go again!! Loved it
Our first stay at Aria (after many years at Mirage, which is leaving MGM) was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable, clean room with a great view, excellent food and bar options (loved especially Javier's and Din Tai Fung), friendly and helpful staff, and fun gambling options (video poker and slots). We came with several family members and everyone had a great time. (highlights for them were the pool and poker room) We will return for sure.
Very modern, comfortable and safe hotel. The bedding was amazing with many amenities and the room was very quiet. The hotel had everything you could ask for from cafes and restaurants to nightlife. Top notch accommodations in every way.
I have stayed a few times in the last year . Pleasant stay with no problems . Clean and well maintained . Excellent food outlets . . Great center of strip location. Excellent choice for a reasonably priced higher end hotel.
My wife and I stayed at the aria for four nights in January 2023 and we were very happy with our stay. The tower suite we stayed on was very nice with a great view of the strip to the south of the hotel, a well as views to the east and west affording some decent mountain views as well. The casino floor was set up nicely and they had a decent variety of games to keep us entertained for the time that we were there. There was a nice selection of restaurants on the property ranging from high end to burger and pizza joints. We dined at catch our first night and the food was great as well as the service. We grabbed breakfast at egghead in the proper eats food hall twice and I thought it a decent quick breakfast for the price. The bars at night were very crowded, but that I attribute to the convention that was going on so I can't really speak to how busy they are when something like that isn't going on. The staff was exemplary. Check in desk, mgm rewards desk, concierge, restaurant staff, all were great to interact with. I am an mgm rewards member, so I got a very nice deal starting there, but would recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, upscale resort with plenty to do on site.…
We’ve stayed at a handful of places in Vegas and Aria is where we will stay for now on. It’s fun, clean, the lobby is super bright, the bed is comfy and the shower is lovely. Located near our favorite spots (restaurants in the Cosmo, BrewDog, etc.) We will be back.
Without exception, all of the staff were consistently helpful, courteous, kind, and professional. Starting with my initial call for reservations, through the prompt, smooth, easy and flawless check-in and check-out process, and everyone in-between, the staff were exceptional. This included everyone at the MGM rewards desk, restaurants, waitresses, housekeeping, taxi dispatch, Judith the pool waitress, and the attendants by the elevators who are on duty to discretely ensure that only guests can enter, and finally checking out. Everything was wonderful and everyone was a consummate professional. The front desk was adequately staffed such that we did not have any long wait for either check-in or checking out. The reservations agent and check-in agent were both especially helpful and friendly. The reservations agent offered to book dinner and show reservations. I already had tickets for a show off the strip at The Smith Center and she booked dinners for us at Bavette’s Steakhouse in the Park MGM, and Michael Mina (for seafood) at the Bellagio both of which are adjacent to The Aria. Both were amazing dining experiences with exceptional staff and recommendations. In addition, being part of the MGM Rewards “family”, I was able to charge these dinners to my room, saving my cash for gambling. The check-in agent at Aria was equally extremely courteous and professional, and patiently answered questions regarding an upgrade option that I had been offered for my friend’s room. She produced a booklet showing floor plans of the room options and without pressure explained our options that helped us make a final selection. She also got our rooms close to each other. I found The Aria to be sophisticated, modern and immaculate with a soothing gentle scent throughout that is wonderful and gentle and not overpowering. Our rooms were immaculate and well-appointed and quiet! Not once did I hear a door slam. Curtains and sheers open and close with the touch of a button. The safe in the room is discretely located and easy to use with a personalized PIN of your choosing. The bathroom and shower and tub areas were spotless as were the closets and drawers, with enough hangers for our stay. After the first few days, I pressed the switch next to the door requesting “service” for the room. When I returned later that day, the room was completely refreshed, with my toiletries neatly arranged on a nice paper place mat. It was a wonderful way to “refresh and restart” my visit. I had stayed at The Aria last April with a group of 5 others and it was so nice I wanted to stay again. This visit was a truly exceptional experience and now I can’t imagine staying anywhere else.…
My two night comp in a deluxe king room started off great when I was allowed to check in at 12:30 pm. Great vibe in the hotel as it was the start of the Lunar New Year. The room, hallways and common areas were immaculate and all staff members were gracious and displayed a genuine sense of hospitality. I was impressed with the addition of Proper Eats and we had another stellar dinner at Carbone. This was my second stay at Aria in the past six months and I'm now planning my third for spring/summer.
We visit Vegas regularly and decided to give Aria a try this time. So glad we did! We loved everything about it: our room was perfect, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe was really nice. We ate at several restaurants onsite. Jean Georges Steakhouse was really excellent, the pizza at Moneyline was delicious, and we hit Salt & Ivy for breakfast and lunch on various days and always had great food, great service. We really liked the sports book setup and enjoyed Lobby Bar. We also had nice stops at Lift Bar, where they had some live music each night. We're already planning a return later this year.
From check in, to the bars and restaurants, to the feeling of being pampered, every staff member is exceptionally well trained and made our second stay in 4 months amazing. Aria sets itself above all others for treating guests outstanding, and all our interactions and experiences with staff was a pleasure. Clean and fresh in the casino and our room!! Thank you for everything!!
