Nice apart hotel in the heart of the Strip. Very friendly staff, fast check in & check out, good wi-if, clean rooms but overall average environment. Hotel needs face lift (interior mainly). However, price during new year was fair

We initially had a standard room, but once we (my sister and I) saw how small it was, we immediately asked for a suite which had a pull out couch and separate bedroom and a kitchen. The kitchen saved us quite a bit of money, as we cooked most meals in the room and went out for special evenings. The...

I rated Polo Tower excellent because of its location at the Vegas strip. It is a family friendly property with play area for kids. The only downside was the suite (16104) we stayed in smelled cat pee. Despite bringing it to the attention of the housekeeping supervisor, no action was taken to alleviate the problem. If you're assigned to this...

The resort is good and clean, but the WiFi internet connection to the guests is very poor. Maybe one indication to introduce a charge for this service in the future, which is a very bad policy in my opinion, because everywhere in the Orlando area you can get good free internet WiFi service (Walmart, Walgreens, Airports, all Disney and Universal...

The "studio" rooms used to rent out to travel places are small but manage to fit a refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker and a tiny kitchen space of sorts. The building features a comfortable resort-style space and not a casino style environment. The exercise room is surprisingly well appointed and there is a convenience store on the premises that...

We stayed here with another couple in a very nice and roomy two bedroom unit on the 18th floor. We had a spectacular view of the strip which was especially nice at night when all the lights were glittering. Location is ideal within walking distance of major casinos, restaurants and shopping. There is underground parking which is convenient. This is...

This hotel was awesome for an all girls party weekend. We got the suite with two rooms, each had a tv and a bathroom with a shower, one had a tub. There was also a full kitchen and a living area with a pull out sofa that was quite comfy. It also had two balconies. The kitchen was great since...

A nice property in a great location. The resort was small which I liked. The maintenance quickly repaired a broken dryer but the WIFI was sketchy all week and a big headache with two teenagers. It had a significant effect on the trip.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was turn keyed furnished. House keeping was great. Nice mini mart with Walgreens nearby. Atm, pool, spa, fitness center all very good. Great location on the strip. Did not use parking, but they have parking. I had a lovely manicure and pedicure in their salon.
