Last stayed here 3 years ago and was a good experience. This time not so good. Had problems with HVAC, which was corrected, and dirty sheets, and bedspread, which were not corrected. There are no towel racks in the bathroom to dry towels, but if you want dry towels you have to ask for them. Perhaps they are just victims of the current personnel shortage
The staff is either apathetic, or openly hostile. The exterior is filthy, the interior is worse. Expect to see spills on the floor for days, uncleaned. Oh, and dodge the pigeon poop on the way in the front door, there's a nest directly above that they can't be bothered to remove.
Comfortable and clean rooms, fast check in, easy to access off strip hotel. Heated pool with jacuzzi. Great place to stay for business and if you are looking for a less busy off the strip hotel. The complimentary breakfast is a little larger than most other places.
This hotel needs some TLC. Not clean bathrooms or pool. The pool and hot tub were frigid. Yes it was April but the hot tub heater was not functioning. Handle of our room door fell off as we entered the room. Told the front desk and it was repaired but, seriously? How was that not checked on by custodial staff? Check-in person was ambivalent, distracted and very slow. And a bit aloof to unfriendly.
The property looks nice and the staff was great to work with. But our room wasn’t vacuumed and found garbage behind the chair. Dog hair and dirt on the ground. Spots on the bed. Hallways dirty. Pool was dirty and cold.
