I stayed just one night. Reservation charges applied at check in. Very clean and welcoming entry and breakfast area. Room was clean and spacious. All staff encountered had a smile and an interest in our satisfaction. Great experience and worth signing up for the rewards program, which I did.

The hotel room was fine. We didn’t realize that most LaQuinta’s are “pet friendly.” We realized this because we could hear occasional barking somewhere on our floor or below us. Then, in the process of leaving our room to check out, there was an elderly couple in the hall with two scotty dogs that proceeded to bark at us as...

We had a very comfortable stay in this very clean and well-located hotel. It's away from the highway in a nice neighborhood but within easy access of great hiking in Red Rocks Canyon. We had a corner room with a little kitchen and opted to get food from a close Whole Foods and have dinner in with a movie. The...

We booked this online relying on decent reviews. On arrival, we were told that one floor of the four story facility was under renovation so we were assigned a room on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The rooms on this floor had been recently upgraded and had a new feel/smell to them. Unbeknownst to us until...

Booked this hotel via hotels. Com Was given room on 4th floor. Continental breakfast in the lobby area . Plenty of parking was available as the place was not sold out. Nothing spectacular for the 100 + dollar rate per night

The motel was OK, but not exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not as good as other LQs. My key cards were deactivated before my stay was over, and I had to get new cards. The overall stay was OK but over-priced. Definitely not worth $150/night for week days. $85 to $90 would be a fair price.

I am staying here for business travel, and I'm very happy with this location and hotel. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The room has a nice sized desk for my computer and paperwork, and the bed is comfy and clean. The bathroom is very nice, with new fixtures and nice tile. The staff here is friendly and very...

A good place to stay in Summerlin. Breakfast is not as good as competition. Location is excellent. Rooms are quite spacious for the price. Overall a good place to stay for an excellent rate. Courtyard and pool are very nice and the place is family friendly. A number of guests had dogs during their stay.

Do not stay here. Disgusting. Vomit on base board and feces on floor in the bathroom. I would sleep in my car. Score I would sleep here. I will not stay at a La Quinta ever again because of this hotel.
