We stayed here due to a friend's recommendation. The hotel is very convenient and does not have many of the extra fees that Vegas hotels charge (resort, parking, internet). Also signed up for the perks program which gave a nice discount. There is a bus...More

This place is close enough to the Vegas attractions, but quiet enough to get a good night sleep. The staff was friendly, and the property was relatively new. I went for work and was able to get to work location without driving through strip traffic....More

I spent February 2018 at Extended Stay America, Flamingo. It was comfortable, convenient, walking-distance close to grocery stores and convenience stores. And the $8 haircut place. Had to get a haircut, as...More

The standard WiFi speed was insufficient to do video conferencing, or to upload files of any size these days for video or large data. (I don't believe I tried Skype audio.) The enhanced speed option is not an unreasonable price for a month's term. I was there for a month and two weeks, anyway.
The thing I didn't like: Unlike other motels, when I ordered the enhanced for ~$30, it did not ask for my credit card, instead it dedicated the sum from my (paid ahead) balance. Since I paid for a week at a time, the ~$30 resulted in my getting a call from the front desk a day early, telling me I was late in paying my (next week's) rent!
So if you're going to order enhanced, do so, then go down to the front desk and reconcile your folio.
Another caution is about the phone in the room: The antiquated motel switchboard does not recognize all 702 Area Code nor 800- numbers as being "local" or "toll free". I am not sure the front desk can look up that detail in advance, but they can see it on your folio after the fact. If you use the room phone and want to protect yourself from surprises, make 1 short call, then ask the front desk if they see it. (It might take until the next day.)
