Booked my reservation through Bookings.com!! It was an excellent offer at the time of reservation!! Since we traveled from Denver Colorado, we did not get in till late!! Once we checked in there was no basic items such as shampoo and soaps!! We called guest relations and it was taking some time so we left for dinner!! Toilets are way too basic worse than a cheap motel!! After the shower cannot shut the down it drips water!! Shower head cannot change direction!! With AC blowing loudly and the water dripping there was no good night sleep!! At about 6:30 am following day call Guest Relationship office and requested a Manager on duty!! One person put me on hold and disconnected the line. Called backed again and finally got through to a Manager!! Her answer was can I send some to fix the issue!! With Covid tines we declined room service and now we want some to mess with the toilet! Then she say!! The room that was assigned was old and we could upgrade to a refurbished room for additional money!! Best joke is that i have to call guest service around 12pm and see the availability!! This is the sad state of service at Flamingo Las Vegas!! We decided to stay and enjoy the dripping noises AC blowing sounds!! No value for money! Rip off!…
Everything in the room was dirty. The lights in our bathroom didn't work. There were what I assume where semen stains on our couch. And smears all over the walls, dressers, and windows. Our fridge looked like it fell down a flight of stairs. When I asked for a different room, we were down graded from a suite to a standard king with no compensation. I won't be back.
What as disappointing room at the Flamingo. We stayed in Room 25054 which was a Go rm, strip view non smoking. The carpet was dirty, the glass shower door to the shower area had either mold or disgusting dirt at the bottom. The glass trim around the actual shower was the same. The sink did not have a stopper in it as it was just a open hole with a buld up of black dirt surrounding it During the nights we heard water dripping and when we investigated it was coming from the ceiling light over the toilet area. Needless to say that is a fire hazard! There was also a plastic bag covering what we think was a smoke alarm in the ceiling. To add to all of this, we overlooked the roof top of the Cromwell Hotel. The music coming from there was non stop until 4 or 5 am. Even during the day the same thing was happening. Loud music all day! Our stay was for 3 days and even when we tried to complain we could not get near the check in area as it was a constant line up. On our last day as we checked out which was very early in the morning we asked to speak to a manager but was told she was in a security meeting and no one else was available. We told the young girl what the problems were and even showed her our pictures that I took, but it was pointless as she definitely did not care. I have no doubt we will be posting these pictures on Flamingo's Facebook page. My hiusband and I will not be staying there again, which is a shame as we have always stayed there! I never do any negative or any review even if the experience is not pleasant. But this time, I have to share. We were traveling on a road trip from Arizona back to CA with a 9 month old, so we decided to stay in Vegas for a night to get some rest. The bad experience starts with the check in. There is a LONG waiting line, that moves extremely slow, I was in line for almost 2 hours!!! They have many kiosks and trying to push you use the kiosks to check in/out. When I finally got to a kiosk, it won’t recognize my booking from booking.com, then I have to wait AGAIN for a person to assist me. Apparently they cancelled my reservation due to credit card declined. My card’s expiration date changed but I haven’t updated with booking.com but since I choose to pay at the hotel through my entire trip to Arizona, there was no issue but at Flamingo they canceled. Ok, I get it, card declined, but they didn’t even send me an email saying it’s cancelled!!! I had no idea until they assistant was like oh it’s cancelled. Since I waited so long, and my 9 month old is getting fuzzy, I forgot to ask them about validating the ticket from the parking garage. I called them from my room to ask if I need to do anything about his ticket, the person told me to go to the front desk again.. So I Waited another HOUR to reach a Pearson at the front desk and told me they don’t validate it, I will just pay it when leaving, 18.00 per day. I don’t come to Vegas often, so I’m not aware some of the hotel charge for parking. I have NO issue of paying the parking, but WHY CANT THE PERSON FROM THE PHONE TELL ME? I CALLED USING THE HOTEL ROOM PHONE, SO IM OBVIOUSLY STAYING HERE, WHY CANT YOU TELL ME THAT PARKING IS PAID AT YOUR HOTEL? WHY ASKING TO GO TO FRONT DESK TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR? This whole waiting game is just not they way how a hotel suppose to have a traveling guest do. I’ve been to other hotels there is a line but at least it will love quickly, but this at Flamingo is beyond ridiculous !!! The room has coffee stain at the table, and there is no shower curtain, no trash bag in the trash can. Overall, I will never stay at Flamingo ever again.…
Nail clippings found by the bed. Carpet wasn’t vacuumed for a while. Poop on sink handles. Pee around the toilet. Overall disgusting. Didnt want to complain incase I got worse than what I had. Ew. I will never choose this place again.
