Even though I booked a HRH Pool view suite with a king bed 4 months in advance I was told that you are not guaranteed the room that you book. I booked online at the Hard Rock website so this is not a third party problem it is actually the Hard Rocks policy and they are very unapologetic about it....

We stayed for 5 nights and overall had a great time. The hotel is a little off the strip, we had a car so it was easy to reach other parts of vegas. If you don't have a car it would be possible to walk to the strip but it would be 15-20 mins, there is also a shuttle but...

Hard Rock Hotel is one of the best hotels in Vegas. The All Suites tower has the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. We enjoy the gaming, restaurants & the music vibe of the hotel. The Joint is our favorite venue to see a live show!

OMG..... Can't even tell you how much we enjoyed the Hard Rock. We will never stay anywhere else in Vegas. The staff was incredible from the time we walk in the door. We had a suite in the HRS building, spectacular.

The Hard Rock Hotel is one of the best places on earth. Good food. Clean spacious suites. Nonstop Rock and Roll. 1st class service. Great shows. Lots of slots and tables. Terrific bar service. Spa. Pools. What more would you want in a getaway?

We enjoyed ourselves at this hotel. The rooms were clean and staff was accommodating. Our toilet never wanted to flush, and when we arrived our TV didn't work. Called down and asked them to check on it in the morning (as we got settled into our room at about 3:30 am), but they didn't come for 2 days. We had...

I'm going to keep it short. I love the Hard Rock! Off the strip, close to CVS, restaurants, good cafe, excellent suites, nice pool. They even upgraded my room twice in a row. The strip is played out, expensive and takes forger to get in and out of your room. Staying at the hard rock saves you time. Rent a...

Hotel room was very clean. Everyone was very nice. Only down fall is the shuttle to the strip stopped at 5 pm. But taxi's weren't to tarrible. The food at the hotel is expensive but definitely worth it. The free parking is also nice. In your room be sure not to even touch the stuff on the counter that you...

I definitely recommend you stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. The purpose of my visit was to see a concert at The Joint. I booked a three night stay in a king room, hotel tower. The room was clean and better than what I expected it to be. I arrived to the hotel in the morning. I did...
