The accommodations, staff, location, area are so impressive. We couldn't have been more pleased. Always stayed on the strip previously. This will be my permanent home when in Vegas in the future. I was travelling home from Mesa with my dog. It was cheaper for us to stay than for the dog but still consider it worth it. A little...

I've stayed at the Golden Nugget the last four trips to Las Vegas. I prefer this hotel to the large-scale hotels on The Strip. As usual, we stayed in the lowest priced, Rush Tower. Although the farthest tower from the casino and pool, we don't mind the walk. The rooms are large, and the king-size bed comfortable. The bathroom shiny...

I come to Las Vegas 1 or 2 times a year and we always stay at the Golden Nugget. This trip was with my wife and we upgraded to the Rush Tower for this trip. The Rush Tower has the premier rooms of all the downtown hotels. Well worth it for a romantic getaway as all the rooms are King...

If you like smoke. This is the place. Even on nonsmoking floors it still smells. Its not good. I'd stay away from downtown completely. It's super smoky everywhere you go. The food here is also very plain and no flavor to anything. The chart house is good. But it's Like every other chart house chain.

First time staying in downtown Las Vegas. Golden Nugget was a very nice place. Made reservations through Southwest airlines, always a very good price. Staff at front desk were very good to us. Helped us upgrade to a Rush Towers from Carson Tower For $45.00 per night, a little high I thought but very nice room. Housekeeping missed us one...

Good prices and free parking with entertainment easily...

I stayed here in mid-February of 2015. Hotel has a beautiful and fun pool area at the center of the hotel and several solid restaurants and bars. We have stayed at the Golden Nugget many times but this visit we saw major changes in the property. One advantage to staying here was there was no "resort fee". They now charge a $20.00 per night plus tax resort fee. This resort fee is suppose to include free Wi-Fi, 2 bottles of water a day, newspaper, spa entrance etc...
