RIP OFF!!! Terrible customer service! Mgr is never in??!!! I have left numerous messages - double charged on debit card which is taking up money checking account! As a Hilton rewards member - you tried to charge me 175.00 for 1 night!!!! I was quoted 140.00 when I booked. Took out authorization for 219.63 and then ran it for 160.46 - have both charges on debit. If you aren't a Hilton rewards member and book on any other site - you can get a room for 102.00!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE No Cookies - no free breakfast - no service! If I could give 0 stars - I would.

Check in was easy. Receptionist is very welcoming and pleasant. Cookies are warm and room is very clean. Digital keys worked. Check out process was easy as well. I did not use pool but it was open and looks clean.

I booked the room using a block rate registration link. I also clicked the box that allowed me to pay for my room on the day I made my reservation. When I checked out, the hotel charged me three different rates for each of the three nights I stayed, NONE of them were the agreed price.

Beds were double not queen so really too small to be comfortable. Clean rooms with friendly staff. Close to airport. Temperature control in rooms could have been better. I would stay here again as long as I only had two people and got a room with king bed. We had three people and double beds are too small.

Dirty rooms, no cookies or water upon arrival. Signed up for shuttle, got to front desk bright and early they said shuttle was full, unbelievable!! Never stay there again. Save your money and find someplace else to stay.

My family and I stayed at this location and loved the property. The ease of jumping on the highway, and getting to your destination couldn’t be quicker. They also offer shuttle services to both the strip and airport, which we took advantage of. We would definitely stay here again!

Friendly check in, no real diamond member upgrade for room, cookies were good. Shuttle to/from airport good. Facility needs a good scrub in public areas like elevator and trash picked up around exterior. Pool opens at 730 and is heated however not sure last time furniture and deck cleaned. Hilton Honors has gone down in benefits for diamond members you get 12.00 towards a very average breakfast buffet that costs 18.99. good news no smoky casino, free parking and no useless resort fees.

Friendly staff cleanliness of the hotel, love the warm chocolate chip nut cookie, the restaurant was amazing with very good food. Very clean hotel will be staying there again. Also the shuttle service to the airport was great!!

The van service is inconsistent. Late on pickup and drop off the driver believed he was in some action movie. Checkin was the only bright spot. The bartender was probably the rudest person I’ve met in a hotel. The rooms were noisy. The heating was marginal. Good luck

This locations has lot the understanding of hospitality. A very inconsistent experience. Some team members provided great service while others made you feel like they were doing you a fovor waiting on you or driving you. I would choose a different location if I were you.
