This is not my favorite casino. Despite the renovations there is much room for improvement. Some areas have poor ventilation leaving you reeking of smoke. The slot areas need to be cleaned more often and cigarette mess cleared. The dealers could be friendlier. Personally its bad energy when they look like they are having a bad day. I've only stayed...

For a big property, that is all it is! Big property with bad customer service and total rip off when it comes to connecting to WiFi at property! You are only able to connect to two devices at a time even when you sign off one device and log into another device, their system doesn't recognize that and think you...

This time I stayed with my mom from New Years day until January 5th, 2016. When we arrived, the Augustus tower was full so we agreed to stay in Octavius. The Octavius tower and rooms are really nice but it is just such a far walk to do with your 68 year old mom with health issues. I called down...

This was a 7-Star Annual Retreat trip that was set up by my host Sandy Zobrist. Without her this would have been an average casino visit. But she set it up completely, with all the advice, details and options, and even met with me and my wife personally, and spent time with us, which is rarely done anymore. We greatly...

My room in the Octavius Tower, Laurel Collection, was very well decorated in a Roman style. The room furnishings showed no signs of wear. Hats off to the decorators. The bathroom was large with a soaking tub and separate shower. All the employees at Caesar's went out of their way to be friendly and helpful with the exception of a...

“At least try to keep things clean (erase graffiti, clean fixtures) and in working order (why do we have to jiggle the lamp switch to get it to stay on? why does the shower head pate fall down?). Basic instructions on how to use the facilities would be useful.”
