The Budget Suites on Trop is a conveniently located, affordable WEEKLY rental. It is located about one block from the Excalibur, New York New York, Monte Carlo and the new T-Mobile Arena. The units are furnished with a microwave, kitchen and TV, do not provide linens or kitchen utensils. You'll need to bring your own. The units are nice but...

The room and it's furnishings are run down ( look like they came from Goodwill). Carpet is disgusting. The room was dirty including what looked like feces all over bathroom wall. Bad area of town hookers standing on the corner all night. Again stay away!!!

I paid with a credit card, and both places charged me a refundable damage deposit. Ironically, despite not checking my room when I moved out, Days Inn credited my bank account within days of my...

Was 120 f and ac struggling to cope. Claims to be safe due to background checks. Quick Google will make you laugh about this claim but I personally didn't see...

The air conditioning in these units is great, but it's a weekly so many people go in and out of this place. The people that live there are not the greatest quality because the rates are so low. If they raised their prices by even $75 a week to $100 they would see better quality people. I actually witnessed during...

The place is dirty and old, poorly taken care of. No coffee maker, no iron,no sheets, no towels, no nothing!!! $5 per week, per device. Laundry card...

“The rooms nearer to the office are better if you can get them. They sell out quickly because of the rate. I would get a mattress cover from wal-mart if you can so you don't have to sleep on a used mattress and you can safely place your sheets and covers on at that time. I think some of the rooms have it already. I would still get a clorox spray and wipe it down and disinfect it though.”
