This is not a 3-star hotel. Check-in was ridiculously slow. The bath is gross - caulking around tub cracked and mouldy, shower curtain rod coming off wall at both ends. Shower head so low that i had to crouch to get my head under (I am 5'4"). Dim, recessed bulb in high bathroom ceiling not great if you'd like to... More

Bit outdated property from the out- and inside. Checking in is only possible at 4pm, so bit crowded at the reception. Only two persons to help for checking in. Took me and other some 30 to 45 minutes. Rooms are bit outdated but clean. But there was a lot of dirty bags lying in the corridors (from cleaning the rooms)... More

The Alexis Park resort is very spread out is pretty landscaping. Two floors no elevator so ground floor room is best. The rooms include fridge small sitting room area Not much sunlight comes in because of proximity of the blocks of rooms. Many well maintained pools. The restaurant has very limited menu and the complimentary breakfast offered Monday through Thursday... More

Stayed at this resort for 5 days during a dog show. The hotel is quite large, and could be ok if they actually had good service, It was quite warm and the air conditioning in our room wasn't working, asked several times for it to be fixed, and it wasn't, The room was only cleaned a few times, The rooms... Rooms are big and clean. There is a fridge microwave and eating area. The hotel is on the flight path so some noise but not unbearable. The free buffet breakfast is not great as its all sweet stuff but you can pay for an alternative. Staff are very helpful.

If you don't expect too much you won't be disappointed. The hotel is about 2 miles from the strip and can be walked in daylight, I would not walk in the evening. The hotel offers a shuttle and Uber was around $9.00. Continental Breakfast is complimentary, but you get what you pay for. They have a small menu that you... More

I stayed here for a dog show. This property is one of only two in Las Vegas that will accommodate dog shows. My room was spacious with a living room and kitchenette and a bedroom. While the rooms show considerable wear and show their age, they are comfortable if not fancy. The restaurant was a disappointment in terms of service... More

rooms and facilities are okay. But I am still shocked by their customer service. Took me 90min to check in, as there were more than 20 people waiting for two unfriendly staff. Great start. Rooms are spacious and relatively clean, just a bit rundown. Hot tub was good, pool was filthy and dirty. Location is okay, about 35min walk to... More

I would have to say that I really did enjoy my stay at the hotel. For this specific trip I wanted to be near the strip but not pay strip prices. My group of friends had a budget and wanted to within the budget. We weren't expecting a luxury suite or room service. We wanted a huge suite and a... More
