I was excited before I left UK to be going to Planet Hollywood after all I had read about it prior to going. My excitement turned into a nightmare, truly what I now say happened to us there. The room TV advertised a Poker Room.....there was NONE in Hotel. The room TV advertised two Pools...they were both CLOSED ! The Bath was pumping up black-smelling waste every day. The Manager promised it would be fixed and it never was. Our suitcases were routed through on three different days. The white bedsheets were yellow and brown stained, not dirty but stained. There were resort fees charged for room WIFI, there was NO ROOM WIFI !! The Manager promised $400 refund in March to me for 11 days, HAS NOT COME ! It was a good job Bellagio was across road as we used their pools and Poker room. The manager said because of Covid the Linen companies were behind with sheets. There was plaster coming off the wall in our upgraded room !!! The Car Park which cost $18 a day to park there was a Kilometer walk from our room ! I would recommend you stay elsewhere unless you are happy to put up with this. If you email me I can send you provable photos of this. Venetian looked great.…
Stayed for 5 nights Sunday May 8- Friday May 13. I enjoyed my stay here. Unlike all the other reviews on here, I had a great time. I had housekeeping service everyday, fresh towels, trash taken out and bed made. WiFi was great, no issues. Walked to CVS next to Paris Hotel to get my drinks and snacks, refrigerator is in the room also. Great restaurants in the hotel or right by it. Got pizza from Pin-Up Pizza which was really good and a chick-fila is right next to that place too.
We stayed for 5 days, based on a hotels.com special. The location was great, but we found the hotel itself to be in need of a facelift. Furniture was chipped, dirty and smelled bad. People kept leaving trash in the elevators. The pool was dirty and people kept dropping their drinks into it! We will definitely be staying at another, better quality resort the next time we visit LV.
We stayed for 5 nights stay had 2 queen bed room. FULL BATHROOM VERY NICE SIZE !! PH has a great location on strip & lots of choices to eat at. We LOVED ZAPPOS THEATER FOR CONCERTS !! Sound was great and seating. I would highly say stay based on theses things.
The location and quietness was good, the issues I had was the hallway vending machines did not work, The TV had volume issues, the windows were not clean at all (have proof with picture), and the customer service help over the phone was poor when it came to room issues. Luckily I stayed only one night which made it easier to tolerate.
We were so happy with our 4 nights stay! We got a huge room on a high floor, the hotel staff were incredibly nice and attentive, and the hotel itself was so pretty and full of shops and restaurants. Best location in the middle of the strip!
I waited in line for 15 mins to check in at a kiosk. The workers didn’t even face us in line so when all the kiosks we’re free to use no one said anything and we waited needlessly. They tried to charge me $25 to check in 20 minutes early. Since I declined. I have to wait and go stand at the back of the line again just to collect my keys. The line has now grown 3 times. I feel like I’m at the DMV. I will not stay at this hotel again.
This was a great location for the concert at Zappo's, but thought the hotel was overpriced and the gambling was limited, had to go across the street for what I was looking for. our stay. The restaurants were good, PF Chang's is always a win. The mall was nice to have, but I'm having to get used to the cost of self-Parking, which is the new trend.
Compared to other peoples experiences here I think we were lucky having read previous reviews! We were lucky enough to have cleaning every day of our 6 night stay although it wasn’t amazing at least we had it as well as fresh towels and toiletries. The cleaning could’ve been a bit better but grateful to have some! When we arrived there were huge queues and no one helping on the check in machines. When we got to the front of the queue some workers appeared and then disappeared again but eventually they came back and helped us. We were on the 36th floor near the elevator but no noise Salespeople in the miracle mile were annoying and aggressive and the amount of homeless hanging around the entrance was eye opening We got this hotel almost half price compared to other hotels on a deal via amex so for the price paid it was ok but had I paid full price and had no cleaning I’d have been fuming!…
I had an allergic reaction to the bedding in my room and I broke out in a horrible rash. I requested twice to have new bedding brought up and no on showed. With the money they make they should be able to afford better deterrent
