Overall I would stay here again. I agree with other reviews that this FS is not quite up to par as other Four Seasons. My most recent comparison is FS Maui in Wailea where absolutely everyone calls you by your name. However, this hotel is very kid friendly and for the most part - has good customer service. Value is...

This was my second stay at this hotel, the first was a few years ago. This time we stayed in a one bedroom suite which was very spacious. Rooms are the same beige as last time but the good news is the rooms are all due to be refurbished in a couple of months and the plans on display look...

Four Seasons Las Vegas is definitely off the beaten path in Las Vegas. Its a great place in Vegas if you are averse to typical resort/casinos with clubs etc. I always stay at Four Seasons hotels in my travels when possible and Vegas didn't disappoint. The service, food and room was excellent. The only downside is location. We stayed at...

I have stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas and am glad that it is undergoing a necessary renovation this fall. The rooms and common areas are showing quite a bit of wear. Most notably, we needed to have our key cards redone eight times (necessitating a number of visits to the front desk) because our door lock was malfunctioning....

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of your recent visit to Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas. We are very sorry to learn that you had such difficulty with your room keys. This is due to a programming issue that we are in the process of repairing. We can only imagine the frustration this caused...

After reading the review about the Four Seasons serving as an oasis, we decided this was the hotel for us. We were not disappointed. The Four Seasons indeed served as a wonderful haven to which we could escape when the noise and crowds (and cigarette smoke!) of the casinos and other major hotels became too much. Once you enter the...

We spent a couple of days here with our three sons and were treated like royalty. We never stay in hotels, so it was a treat for us. Whilst it is a huge hotel, it didn't feel like it. We lazed by the very quiet pool area, had our towels and fresh water brought to us and were able to...

The Four Seasons in Las Vegas is located INSIDE the Mandalay Bay hotel. The BEST part about this hotel is its pool. It's much quieter than some of the huge super-pools around Las Vegas and the level of service is outstanding...almost unbelievable, dare I say, over-the-top? The Mandalay Bay hotel itself has a giant pool that makes waves and is...

Until this trip I did not know that the top floors of the Mandalay Bay resort and casino were reserved and owned by the Four Seasons. This is a Fabulous hotel! The staff are top notch and the overall experience was great. Love it and would return again. Will definately look for future opportunities to stay with this brand. They...

Every August we have to be in Las Vegas for a meeting held at Bellagio but for the last 8 years have stayed at the Four Seasons. For us it is our oasis from the excessiveness of the city. It is human scale. We were glad to learn as we checked out, and the good news; it is being refurbished...
