The staff was very responsive when we called for anything we needed. Very gracious too from the front desk, bellman and housekeeping. I'll stay there next time I am in Vegas. The bed was comfortable and luxurious. Veranda Restaurant was lovely too.

Amazing. Great service and the rooms were beautiful. The staff really went out of their way to make sure you had everything you needed. Truly a world class hotel. It might be a little pricey for me to go for pleasure but for work under the company tab, it works just fine :)

Stayed at the four seasons on work trip(lucky me). Room was as expected in a hotel of this class in Vegas was clean and tidy with a fantastic view of the strip. The breakfast was amazing and all the staff where exceptional. I had a deep tissue massage in the spa, expensive but recommended. The hotel is situated in a...

We stayed here for 2 nights in January with our kids. We booked via Amex FHR and received their perks (room upgrade, $60 daily breakfast credit, $100 spa credit and 4pm check out). You also get noon check-in. However we arrived late. Upon arrival they notified us that we had been upgraded one room level to strip view and ask...

Our new favorite place to stay when visiting Las Vegas. Luxurious and serene hotel. None of the crowds and noise of the typical Las Vegas hotel with a casino, but you have easy access to the Mandalay Bay casino and shops without walking outdoors. For us, that's the best of both worlds. Rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Very comfy...

Very convenient when attending a convention at the Mandalay. Very quiet even though close to a lot of activity. Veranda Restaurant was great for dinner, and breakfast was excellent. Have stayed at all 3 hotels in Mandalay. This is the best.

Great hotel.. I was thankful to be allowed to check in early at 11:30 am. Everything there is great. The breakfast buffet is wonderful but it is bit costly comparing to other hotels. I recommend this hotel for sure.

FS is the best way to enjoy Las Vegas, without having to deal with the crowds. Being at the Mandalay Bay, one can be anywhere on the strip within minutes, enjoy the shows, the dining, and everything vegas has to offer, and then retreat in a peaceful oasis and enjoy understated luxury,

We have stayed in all the hotels in the Mandalay complex but this one was really disappointing. Nothing fancy, just costs more. When we checked in (3 of us for convention) we were told we would have to take a King since they were out of doubles. That did get worked out, but I booked my reservation in October. The...

Just returned from a 3-night stay...excellent! Service was awesome and the staff is very friendly. Would not stay anywhere else in Las Vegas. We were celebrating my wife's 40th birthday and from the moment we walked in the door until we left, the service was 5 stars. Thank you for making our stay an awesome experience. The spa is top...
