First time staying off the strip and absolutely loved it. Rio made me feel at home room was large clean beautiful view of strip. I Would recommend this resort to anybody looking to get away from the crowded strip. Shuttle service was nice and very punctual.

Room was noisy, too close to railroad yard. Room was nice but it needed a refrig that could keep drinks cold. Also, water pressure was low in the shower. Casino was good but light on the $1.00 slots. Food was great.

The room was amazing! Plenty of space in the room, from the bathroom area to the rest of the room. The bed was just a bit hard for my friend to sleep on but the comfortable sofa was used to help with that. Everyone we came into contact with working there were veery friendly as well!

Love staying at the Rio!! Rooms are decent and BIG. You won't feel cramped here! Beds and pillows could be updated, which is why they didn't get 5 stars. The slots are decent and the staff nice. Easy to get anywhere you want with the ridsharing pickup near the valet car return, they don't relegate you to some far off...

I stayed at Nobu Place couple of weeks back and now here. Service is something all these group Hotels forgot. Checking in is a nightmare. There are over 200 people and five different lines in the line and for the kiosks and there is not one single hotel employee there to talk to which line goes where. There is a...

The Rio is basically a lovely hotel. The rooms are large. There is no "real" 24 hour coffee shop, which we missed. The mattress' and pillows need updates. Check out the ones at the Sheratons! The help were lovely, polite and helpful.

I traveled to Las Vegas to give an elderly friend help with a problem he was having. The service I received at the hotel turned a sad trip into one of pleasure. Every employee I made contact with was very professional and helpful. The house keeping lady that cleaned my room was exceptional. My room was immaculate every time I...

Just got back from spending 4 nights in this hotel. We stayed on the 35th floor in the Masquerade Tower. Initially had some trouble getting the room we had booked. The guy on the desk said never had any of the type of rooms we had reserved. After five minutes of my partner telling him how it was not acceptable...
