Room was great, people were very cool. Forgot a $700.00 cell phone at a video game machine. A fine person(s) turned it into the bar. My only wish is that the bartender, called security and have them take custody of it. Ran around the entire casino looking for it. Security was great taking wife's info, just in case it was...

Fun! Good time, The hotel staff was good, but could have been more accomodating when needing the room for a few more hours before our plane left, extra $50 for 4 hours is a bit much when a complete room for that night was $79,

There is no bad room at Rio, to bad names with the strip, get your butt to Rio and have a spectacular time. Always have the buffet, one of the best in town. There is no reason to leave Rio for any reason, everything you need in in the hotel

the room was pleasant, and the view of the mountains was nice, put the issues inside the room were never dealt with, even after 24h of notice. We had a poorly operating A/C system (clunked and rattled all night), one of the two sinks didn't have functioning hot water, and the telephone didn't work. Hard to order room service for...

Over the past 18 years or so, I have stayed at the Rio at least 50 times. As a Total Rewards Member I often stayed for free. Over the past several years, I have begun to gamble much less and also travel to Vegas much less, even though I still love visiting Vegas and gambling. This trip was not a...

Had a confirmation for a non smoking room for 2 nights but they didn't have one when I arrived. Agreed to stay in smoking room for one night only. The room was 85 degrees and the AC wasn't working when I walked in. It took nearly 2 hours to get it taken care of. The non smoking room wasn't available...

Great personnel. Good atmosphere. Perfect location. I've been coming to Las Vegas, approximately every two months for the past 10 years. Having stayed at the majority of casinos in town - I still go back to the Rio each time.
