The deluxe suite was fairly spacious and I appreciated the free parking. Irked by the $20 fee to check in early (12:30pm). Overall, the place seems dated. If you can get a deal elsewhere, I'd go somewhere else.

The hardest thing to do is get breakfast before 8 am. The Starbucks line is forever long and the rooms do not have coffee pots. If you are attending a conference that starts early make sure you get something the night before to save for the morning. Other than that no complaints about the room or the view.

The Rio All-suite Hotel and Casino was simply amazing. Far enough off the strip so you don't have tot deal with the commotion and bustling crowds but close enough for an easy trip to see a show, go shopping at any of the hotels on the strip. The staff was very accommodating and didn't wait for me to ask what... More

Property is very outdated and furniture dirty. Mattress was sunk in the middle. Stayed there years ago and things haven't changed. Buffet prices extremely expensive. $47.99???! For the quality it was terrible! Also rooms were ready but because I checked in 20 minutes before 3 ( check in time) I was charged an extra $20.00.

Arrived at the Rio around 10:00am on Tuesday, November 29, 2016, had requested early check in and was told by front desk employee there would be a $20.00 plus tax charge to do so. Mind you now that the Rio is under new management. The employees or at least to the several we spoke with are very unhappy with the... More

After 25 years of visiting Vegas, the Rio took the lead this time in contributing to our worst Vegas vacation ever. We spent 6 nights at the Rio, and will never go back. My wife and I were both appalled at the rudeness of the staff – everyone from the shuttle drivers to the All-American Restaurant Manager to the wait... More

No running water for 2 days. When I checked out, I let them know about it and the front desk manager said I was lying. Trust me, pay a little more and stay somewhere else. I will never stay here again.

Me and a girlfriend went to Vegas over Thanksgiving weekend and stayed in The Masquerade Tower in room 14028. It was a beautiful room with so much space and a strip view. We had a wonderful trip and spent a lot of our time at the Rio gambling. The wait staff as well as the floor people were very helpful... More

We stayed at the Rio because they discounted the room due to the conference. The room was clean and very comfortable. All of the employees are helpful and caring. We had no problems with noise, and our room access was very easy.

The rooms are nicely laid out and fairly large with a slight Rio-style decor. The restaurants are quite expensive, as is the resort fee.. And if you want drinks while you are gambling be prepared to wait - and if you are not at max bet for the bar tender or a continued large amount at slots you won't get... More

“it was a huge room. really impressed with the decor. The night time view of the strip was AMAZING!!!! Only issue was there was a water stain on the ceiling over the bed and the door frame of the bathroom door (at the bottom on the hinge side) showed signs of water damage - peeling paint, kick plate separating from the wall, chipped etc. That didn't bother me as I spent very little time in the hotel room. I advise to opt out of the resort fees (if possible) unless you plan on spending alot of time around the pool. If you do, you can purchase access to the wifi alacarte which is a bit cheaper. Overall, very good value for my vacation bucks”
