Making reservations was more like dealing with a used car sales person.Once we got to the hotel complete 180° from unpleasant experience to one of the best experiences because of the staff management. I’m currently staying here as a resident for the next 4 weeks and so far this has been an amazing hotel! All of the housekeepers are great and JD the manager is a God send!! He has made myself as well as the other flight attendants feel so welcomed and at home! He goes out of his way to provide exceptional hospitality! He’s the best!

The General Manager JD has been phenomenal! Went out of his way for all of us! A group of us are staying for training and JD multiple times has gone above and beyond. Not to mention the rest of the hotel staff has we well! A very clean and nice place to stay!
