While the rooms were spacious, the ergonomics left something to be desired. My wife hated the bathroom. There were no shelves to put make-up, medicines and other items of need. The hairdryer was hidden in a closet. There was only one hook to hang bathrobes or clothes. The lighting was a little dim for make-up application. The shower head was...

I love staying here when I'm in Vegas! The rooms are beautiful, luxurious and relaxing-no awful casino hotel smell. This hotel has all the amenities of an expensive resort hotel at a fraction of the cost. I always recommend this hotel to people who are planning trips to Las Vegas.

Having stayed at strip hotels on our 3 previous visits to L.V. we was curious to experience the Platinum and find out for ourselves why other Trippies rated it so highly. I must say that all the very positive reviews that I encountered before booking were accurate. The one slight drawback is the location which is a little further away...

We stayed here for 3 nights May 12' were greeted like long lost friends by the reception staff, got an upgrade to a princess suite with a washer dryer and have absolutely no complaints. Room service breakfast for 2 mornings was very good, average price for room service, about $30 including service charge. Room was spotless, lovely twin jetted bath,...

We chose this hotel principally because it is smoke and casino free. The rooms are huge, bed comfortable and our room (701) was very quiet. We had a view of the back of the strip which is only a few minutes walk away. We appreciated having a washer and dryer and kitchen. The bathroom is spacious, with the best shower...

We appreciate that you chose our hotel during your stay in Las Vegas. We are happy that you enjoyed your stay and do apologize that the houskeeping was not up to the standard that it should have been.

Huge room, non smoking hotel, no casino makes for a great little refuge in the overwhelming city of Vegas. Big shower, spa bath, comfy bed, balcony, full kitchen and laundry. What more do you want? OK, there's also a great front desk, prompt valet parking, a great pool, and fresh breakfasts with friendly table service. Didn't try dinner or the...

My 3rd time time in Vegas. The best stay so far. If you're going to Vegas for the first time, maybe this is not your best choice as it's a couple blocks off the strip and there is no gambling in this hotel. However, if you enjoy peace and quiet at the end of a long day, than this is...

Glad you enjoyed our peace and quiet in what can be a very loud and flashy city. We are known for our non smoking and non gaming tranquil environment. For future reference all our suites come with a balcony so everyone can enjoy an outdoor experience.

The hotel was quite the gem, off the strip, neat and urban decor. Rooms are huge and it's a home away from home with all the amentites you need. A 1 bedroom suite was actually bigger then my full apartment back in the city. Loved it, and will spend my 45th in the house again.

To start with I love this place but the only reason I did not give it a 5 is based on the cleanliness of the hotel room. Like others have said make sure you bring a pair of shoes to wear inside the room. The carpet is very dirty. We had lots of mechanical problems for the week we were...

Thank you for your very thorough review of our hotel and your high recommendation.
