we stayed here for a week. The pool is great. wifi is not so good sites really unlevel -even with levelers... and roads and spots really really tight. got our water hose stolen!! that was really upsetting.
The restroom shower and laundry facilities were clean and spotless. This staff was very helpful I got turned around often and needed directions. I had never been to 1000 trails Las Vegas and I enjoyed my visit very much.. The dog park was very secure there were always plenty of bags to pick up after your pet
Great location.. The sites are very close togeather but was quiet. The staff is amazing..the grounds were clean as well as the restrooms..Nice pool area but could use some lounge chairs. That being said we will definitely be back
The staff is always positive energy and willing to assist. Great place to stay during your time in Vegas. They are doing some electrial upgrades and the the sites are really going to pop. Already looking forward to coming back!!
would not recommend staying here. Yes its close to Vegas, yes it's in a bad neighborhood, yes there is a stone wall with barbed wire surrounding you, yes we have heard things get stolen, yes you are packed in like sardines, yes our neighbors car got hit because there is hardly room to get around. yes I would not return.this is not a preserve property. get something outside of Vegas and we will travel in. This should not be a thousand trails member park. put your members safety in mind.
stayed for 7 nights, when leaving my steps would not retract on my M H. you let me stay till the repairs were done at my site. wow thank you very much. the staff went above and beyond.repairs were bieng done for increasing the amount of sites available.
Only view was of neighbors sewer pipe on the ground and out of hole, leaking water tank and damage open panels on the side. We were surrounded on all sides with less than 6’ space on all sides. No personal space at all. The public spaces are maintained, felt safe and family oriented. Good place for short term stay, but after the 5th day it was depressing.
This is the WORST Thousand Trails EVER! This is not a "RV Resort". Only come here if you want to feel like you're parked in a parking lot on the wrong side of town surrounded by broken down RVs, cars and garbage
We are fairly new to the Thousand Trails membership and started our travels in August 2020 with our first stop at Tall Chief near Seattle. We jumped between TT campgrounds all year. Every person we met gave us great recommendations. But, when we mentioned we were staying here everyone always scrunched their faces and said to stay somewhere else. We stay for free with TT so figured it couldn't be THAT bad. We were wrong... this place is pretty rough and should probably lose it's TT designation. I will say the staff were all friendly enough but still pretty gruff at best. The park itself is bad. The walls around the premises are just cinder block with barbed wire at the top with trash blowing in the wind on them. The neighborhood itself looks a bit sketchy but it is adjacent to a hotel, a large retirement community, and a few businesses. So I don't think it's as sketch as it looks at first glance. The bathrooms look pretty run down and the park was pretty ripped up for construction. Hopefully it hasn't been sitting that way for long. The pool didn't look very inviting. The place definitely isn't secure. You can just drive right on in at any time. There were a LOT of busted up RVs and travel trailers. Some even had sides replaced with plywood. Many spots were filled with garbage. Some spaces had 3-5 cars parked at them. For a Thousand Trails there doesn't appear to be any requirements on what is allowed to be parked here. If Thousand Trails wants people to actually join TT you'd think they'd want their parks to look nice enough to even want to join. (Thousand Trails marketing materials were even being used to board up windows). All-in-all, if this is where people stay full time to live and work then it's fantastic there are decent places. RVs and travel trailers need places to be parked. It should not have a Thousand Trails designation though unless it meets that standard in my opinion.…
Cabin had several items in need of repairs and or replacement. Was third time staying with you, past times were more satisfying. We were initially given a cabin that was in very poor condition. But when we addressed this were moved to a cleaner cabin.
